Powers: Electrical Manipulation (i.e. Lightning Powers)-using himself as a limitless battery, Rodrigo can absorb electricity and manipulate it to do as he wishes including , but not limited to, the ability to shoot lightning at his enemies, draining power from lights for stealth runs, and can act as a living shock paddle if the situation calls for it.

Personality: Seeing himself as a protector of the downtrodden, Rod has a bit of an ego. He has no problems speaking his mind even if he has nothing nice to say. He can be extremely rude and sometimes perverted, but he never forgets who he lives to protect. Using his powers to defend the poorer areas of the island, he sees the League as corporate mascots who defend the interests of the corporation in charge of the island rather than the inhabitants. He will not throw his lot in with the Legion, however, as he can easily tell that they obviously do not have poor intentions at heart. This being the case, he will assist the League if the situation is dire enough, but unless his people are directly affected he tends to avoid both groups.
origin Story: Growing up as the son of Mexican immigrants, Rod was always taught the value of appreciating where he came from. Whether it be his parents homeland in Baja California or his own home in the USA. At one point in his life his father was offered a very lucrative job at the port helping with the natural gas lines. As a family they moved to the port and lived quite peacefully for a while. Unfortunately that was not to last long with the rise of Supers, as they were being called in Rod's area, and soon he found himself giving off a static shock to everyone he touched. It was at this moment that he and his family realized that he could no longer live a normal life. After a trying time helping him learn how to control his powers, Rod was able to convince his parents to leave the island. Using the last of his money he was able to secure boat tickets for his parents and soon was sending them off. Before leaving, his father embraced him saying "Son, not everyone is able to leave this place as we do. But with all the others like you flying around and causing havoc, they'll need someone to protect them. They are your people Rodrigo, they are your home, and always protect your home." Understanding his fathers orders, Rod took it upon himself to combat anyone who threatens the poorer districts of the island. Using his own inspiration as a platform, he riled up many of the people around him and managed to start a small neighborhood protection group. But alas, the power got to the heads of many of his subordinates and they soon turned on him becoming nothing more than another street gang that managed to grow into a sizeable operation across the entire island. Despite his mistake, Rod will stay true to his objective, and no one will enter his territory without seeing him.
