Oscillating Breaker : Signature Skill, applied use of the custom Arm Gauntlet, which produces a wide variety of electromagnetic radiation, which can break through both androids and people, an applied version of mental telekinesis applied to a metallic frame.
Remote Speak: A basic telepathic skill enabling Subaru to speak to her partner, an old android, who is equipped with a limited learning brain of sorts, based on several formerly human brains.

Mental Barrier: The ability to close one's mind in a horrible world is useful, and Subaru's skill at fields makes her apt to close her mind to attacks, people, and anything, producing her own world.
All Purpose Barrier: The ability to produce a barrier that is a perfectly sealed (if restricting), is useful, and Subaru's barrier can be said as one, as it proctects the person against all things.. at the cost of air, as the perfect bubble lets NOTHING
in, and at best it serves as a tool to buy time in case of an emergency.

Appearance: A taller woman with dark black hair, while Tia appears more robotic, with absurdly bright red hair, and a shorter frame than most has (Some would argue she seems nearly a child)

Bio: Quite happy for an experiment, XII was trained in the ways of the fist while she was underway, as a way to produce an assassin, that could fit into normal society, and eventually eliminate their target. Years of training in living with people have given Subaru a great ability to adapt in combat, and her weapon, the Breaker, an all purpose device several weeks before .. the night it all begins. A small group of mercenaries, called "Skull," entered the lab where she was, capturing several subjects, data, and people to train and strengthen their numbers. Subaru of course gladly went with the mercenaries, only asking to bring the prototype Tia class with her, and in exchange for chocolate and her right to be "free," she left, helping to devastate her own lab. After weeks of training, she was called "Skull Rider," for her motorcycle, and she and Tia wander the countryside, doing jobs for both Skull and anyone who is willing to hire a strange duo for money.

Personality: Happy go lucky, Subaru seems to be always energetic, as she is fairly happy about minor things, even killing, which makes her even more happy, while her partner Tia seems to have a more normal. pragmatic view, of the world, focusing on the world as a place that is dangerous, yet somewhere that serious money could be made. In a way, the duo is two halves of the same person, split through some horrible suppression of tramua.

Anything of Note: Subaru carries a Device, which gives her a limited Anti EM field, but in practical use the device is iffy, suffering from frequent malfunctions.
