Due to her position of power, she trusts next to no one, and relies upon her own instincts and her dead fatherâs last instructions in guiding her people to the discovery of the Key.

Biography: Born at the height of the Adenovirus pandemic, Evelyn was kept in a form of solitary confinement for the first few years of her life to ensure that she wouldnât become ill. During this time she was educated by her mother, taught how to be a lady even in these dark times. The girl was praised by her parents, given whatever she wanted, and allowed to have free reign of their home once she was allowed to roam around.
Attention shifted when her younger sister, Jessie, was born. While her father became busy attending to leading the North in their quest for the Key, and her mother slowly wasted away from a virus that wasnât related to the Adenovirus, Eve took charge of Jessie, ordering her around, directing her as she could, and punishing the girl if she didnât obey. Blame was usually left on Jessie, since she wasnât as talented or beautiful as her older sister, and Eve was left to take the favored position at her fatherâs side up until she turned eighteen.
Then, one night, due to unknown circumstances, Jack Roan passed away in his sleep, choking on his own vomit. Eve, as the oldest child, stepped into his position, having been trained to do this her entire life, and began to lead the North in the way Jack would have wanted her to. Mysteriously enough, Jessie ended up disappearing at the young age of sixteen, and though Eve searched for her, the girl would not be found.
So Eve ignored the existence of Jessie, claiming sole leadership, and continues to rule the North with the iron fist that would have made her dearly departed father proud.
