The Border Wars lasted 2 years, and ended in a great compromise. The opposing forces didn't conquer one another, but rather, they realized the strengths of their enemies, and how they completed their own weaknesses. Although the people were hesitant, the Emperor of the Western Tralli decided to appeal to the Eastern Nomads. This resulted in the infamous Demostration of Gual. As the Eastern Nomads had no central government, Emperor Gual had to appeal to the Eastern Tralli as a whole. What resulted was a 4 hour long military parade through the forests, in which they stopped at temples to pray, handed out gifts to the adults and toys to the children, and military captains signed reparation contracts.

Tensions would be tense for the next few hundred years, but they would ease as the two peoples became one once more... and a completely new people in that. But that tension would be long and full of struggle, as the two peoples could never truly forgive eachother for the atrocities committed. The only way the settle their differences, was to let time take it's course.

400 years later, the Eastern and Western Tralli will have perfectly blended back into one people. The Tralli of Yuno (as the continent was later named) were a single people, unlike in the past. The entire continent now covered in permanent settlements, the Tralli were never encouraged to stay in one place. Their homes were wherever family and friends are, no matter how spread out they were. They travelled the continent, spreading tales of grandeur in the regions. Their warriors were something fierce, too... with light armor and some of the finest weaponry, the Warrior Nomads are incredibly graceful, and deadly at the same time. They leap through the trees with ease, and can hop through obstacles in a matter of seconds, not making a single sound. When they strike, they strike hard, with their advanced 'flying blades'. These Warnomads were taught to never stop travelling. To see every sight there is to see. Their home was to become the world, and their family was to become it's people.

However, the wanderlust of the Tralli would continue to grow after the most picture perfect maps were made of the entire island, and there wasn't a sight they hadn't seen. The only chance at seeing something new for the Tralli, was to go BEYOND the infinite ocean. They built wooden boats, and set out into the ocean. None of those expeditions ever returned. Maybe they found someplace worth not going back, maybe they fell off the edge of the world, maybe they still traversed the infinite oceans as the stories were passed around the campfires. Realistically, these were the first real boats the Tralli ever built, they were probably destroyed when midnight came around and the tides went crazy. But that didn't mean the Tralli wanderlust would forever be unsatisfied... if anything, in the following years, the Tralli would have a reason to go beyond their continent, no matter the cost...

Three warnomads sat on a mountain top, staring down at the mist hovering over their village (nothing mysterious, they knew it was just precipitation). They exchanged stories of battle and travel, and the legends about a not-Tralli creature who travelled around in a flying blue box across space and time. The female warnomad laughed at the one's story about how they found a volcano once. To be fair, so did all of them. After her fit of laughing, she relaxed in the bushy grass, and stared up at the clouds. She saw something long, and lizard-like fly across the sky. She got up and stared at it in curiosity... and the other warriors looked up as well. The creature began to descend, and quickly, too.

--2 Hours Later--

The dactyl's full assault rained down on the island, it having destroyed three of the ethereal shrines. A whole squadron of warnomads came riding up, and threw their ropeblades into the creature's side. Knowing the threat, the dactyl arched it's back, ripping the blades out, and throwing the warnomads away. There was no blade put against this creature that could pierce it's scales. But the creature's advance was halted when it came to the Western Coast, the birthplace of the ancient Western Warriors. The dactyl was met with cannons, which fired explosive shells into the creature, cracking a few of it's scales. The dactyl dove down, and swallowed the cannon squad whole. Just then came a young and arrogant warnomad, who stuck a ropeblade into exposed flesh under one of the cracked scales behind the dactyl's head. The dactyl struggled to get it free, but the warnomad scaled all the way to the top, before he took out his blade and stabbed it into the pink flesh. But you see, this poor soul was young and arrogant, and didn't know better. The dactyl didn't die, instead, it threw itself into a stone tower, killing the warnomad instantly. But his death wasn't in vein, for the blade just tore the wound deeper as it collided into the stone tower. The people were encouraged to move into the forests to save themselves, but unbeknownst to them, lure the dactyl. The dactyl followed the people, swallowing up some 7 of them on it's way. The warnomads up ahead were moving full speed through the trees, hoping to get to their destination before the powerful creature did. They passed some Tralli bodies, but were forced to move along. Finally, they got to their destination.

The dactyl came into an empty, long, narrow mud pit, surrounded by trees. It looked around for the warnomads, while gulping down a few. It listened deeply to the forest... nothing... but it could smell them here. They were here, it knew it. Their trail was cut off... but how?

Suddenly, it felt two ropeblades dig into the exposed flesh on the back of it's head. Before it could react, the bearers of the ropeblades were falling down, into the mudpit, dragging it down with them. An entire section of the forest was destroyed by it's fall, but trees could be replanted, lives could not. Just then, hundreds of arrows shot into it the back of it's head, and other warriors dropped down into the mud pit, working together to drop a rope on it. The dactyl began to struggle, but it all happened so fast. Suddenly, several cannons shot out of the mud, and the captain yelled above their lungs; "FIRE"! Four whole shells were planted into the dactyl's head, and penetrated deeply. That entire procedure only took 4 seconds for the warnomads to carry out. But the dactyl wasn't done yet. It lifted it's powerful head, and flapped it's wings until it was airborne. It rammed it's side into the nearby mountain and caused a rockslide. The rocks came tumbling down, and killed dozens of people hiding near the mountain in hopes of safety. As quickly as the dactyl came, it was gone, leaving the island simply because it became bored.

These memories would scar the Tralli people, but at the same time, it fuelled their depraved wanderlust... where did that lurte (Tralli for snake-demon) come from? There had to be a world beyond for it to have come there in the first place. And so began, the Tralli expeditions into the New World.
