Telekinetic/qinetic. His telekinesis specializes in hydrokinesis.
::Powers::
He’s a hydrokinetic and a telekinetic, but his main forte is his Qinesis. It allows him to project his mind onto nothing in particular, creating shapes of a shimmering blue which he can manipulate with his mind. He can also create kinetic projectiles that burst out of his aura, I suppose, and are basically pure mind energy that’s blasting into the foe.
::Personality::
He’s very focused and determined, minoring in cheerfulness and optimism. From his training to protect himself from bullies, he is kind of gung ho sometimes and occasionally combatative.
::Likes::
Girls in white dresses and blue satin sashes, snowflakes that fall on my nose and eyelashes, wild geese that fly with the moon on their wings...Loddy’s tastes are mildly feminine, but he keeps up the pretense of being manly. He has a stuffed blue bunny, I might add.
::Dislikes::
Excessive attention bothers him, but not unduly if the people around him are female. If he’s called upon in class or something like that, he’s shy and uneasy, anxious to get everything right and tripping over himself sometimes.
::Appearance::
Loddy is three foot nine. That lends itself to a certain new paradigm of the little guy. He’s also pretty muscular, despite his boyish looks and small size. He has fair hair and teal eyes, contrasting with the picture, and is missing his upper canine teeth. They grow in when his powers activate.
::History::
Loddy trained his body to protect himself from the excessive bullying that came with his small size. As a result, his already phenomenal mind expanded in prowess and concentration until it was able to twist reality itself. He’s also agile and compact, with great sports ability and the determination to do everything set before him. His parents sent him to Babylon when it was discovered that his room was not wrecked because of bandits but because he had just broken up with his girlfriend and was angry and depressed, but he got over it quickly.

Blue Room. I’m sure it has one more space for a thirteen year old midget. ^_^

He prefers defense to offense, meaning he likes to dodge and block rather than attack.
