Personality:Marcus is self-confident,self-sufficient and selfish.
He is fully aware of his strengths and his weaknesses,and embraces both.He is never peer pressured, he has a healthy self-esteem, and if someone compliments him, he never shys away. He is intelligent, perceptive, and driven. He has received very high marks when tested on his knowledge or education.He's a pretty goofy guy, and is constantly seen cracking jokes and telling humorous stories, some of which may be stretched or a tall tale. He's extroverted and likes to be loud and make his presence known. He tends to be impulsive, thinking that maybe taking a risk could change his life forever,and for the better. He isn't afraid to admit he's scared,angry,happy, or any other emotion, because he knows these emotions are human, and he can't deny them. If Marcus is attracted to you, he doesn't try to hide it, but instead voices it frequently, and while he is only lukewarm charming, he can at times be adorable. He only has limited experience with physical excercise, and over exerts himself easily. He had a bit of training in hand to hand combat, and also in the art of disappearing,but as he grew older, he wasn't really interested anymore, instead focusing on mathematics, science, and history. He likes to stay behind a computer,desk, or likes to sit down, and standing for a long time makes him uncomfortable. He is, however, capable of running very fast, and is adept at driving almost any kind of vehicle. He also has a bit of experience in swimming.
Marcus only likes to rely on himself. He doesn't usually accept help from anyone else unless it is absolutely necessary. Marcus is a firm believer in taking his life,responsibilities, and decisions into his own hands, and wouldn't want to get anyone involved in the case a mistake is made.However, he does like to interact with people when he's working, unless it's a serious matter. Then, he becomes so determined to finish a goal he brings himself to his own world, shutting out the noises around him, and this is probably the only time his world is truly silent.
Marcus doesn't have much patience, and when boiled to irritability, he can snap at others without hesitation. When he is in charge, he can make good decisions quickly and rationally, but can also be quite domineering and bossy. He's a wonderful leader who can bring a team to success, but his being pretentious doesn't exactly warm people to the idea of putting him in a high position. They can not ignore his intellect and will, but will waver slightly to giving him power.
Mark isnt very keen on the idea of 'looking out for others', thinking that is every person for themselves in the real world, and this makes him sensible and unidealistic. Still, he's a perfect gentleman, and is looking for someone to spend a long time with, even if it isn't forever. He thinks relationships come and go, but he thinks the time spent with each person is a beautiful thing that can be engraved in someone's memory forever and also has no doubt that the relationship is an opputunity, and should be cherished.

Marcus and I are to be wed just a few years from now, and I honestly can not be scared a bit.

This entry, among some others, got to him, and he reviewed some of his recent behavior. He finally realized that although he did like some new aspects of his personality, it was not all him, and he wanted his core back.
He left the fighting classes to what really interested him, which was the world full of equations and physics and rationality. He began to make the most out of his relationships again. He was now more playful, less harsh. He was candid in his emotions again. But he was still impulsive, and he was still rather impatient, even though he was a bit sweeter now. And, most importantly, he looked out for his own happiness,because no one,not even his family,seemed to be helping him find it anymore.
Marcus is excited for the war, although Humans have no part in it. But if they were, he'd want in.
