Seo dresses somewhat plainly, and can often be seen wearing a simple white v-neck t-shirt, with a small gold amulet necklace, black gloves, black slacks, and a red belt. Like his mother and older sister, he has soft, silky cocoa brown hair, which falls over his forehead and neck, and fades into a soft red ponytail. His skin is a light caramel color, and his eyes are a rich honey colored, often furrowed contemplatively.

One of Seo's most striking features is his tattoo. The marking is a large crimson dragon, who head resides on his left shoulder blade, and who's tail wraps down his arm, past his wrist and ends on the palm of his hand. It seems to glow a brighter flaming red color when Seo uses his semblance.

Though he can come off and reserved and sullen, Seo sometimes tries to put as much careful deliberation and confidence in his body language as he can, to seem cool and under control. This however, is often betrayed by his eyes, which seem to hold years of regret and pain. Years of pretending to be in control of his emotions have made Seo very good under pressure, as well as very bold and assertive towards people when he wants something done, though this can sometimes seem brash and arrogant.
To those close to him however, Seo is a very kind older brother type, who would do absolutely everything, or sacrifice anything to make someone happy. Seo has a hard time saying no to things, almost as he's trying to repent for something, or make something up to the person, even if he hasn't done anything wrong. He can't stand having people angry at him, and will go to sometimes insane lengths to get them to forgive him.
Years of being physically and sexually abused have made him somewhat closed off towards women. If he is hugged or touched by someone he doesn't know he has a hard time not recoiling. He's tried romance before, to varying degrees of success, but has never truly found somewhat he could let his guard down, as of yet.

Photon Fang - Seo's weapon is a single-edged curved blade, made from a single piece of steel, with a rounded, grooved grip, and a razor sharp blade. The sword is dust-imbued, allowing the weapon to greatly conduct heat, and amplify Seo's power. When charged with his semblance, the blade glows white hot, and can cut through absolutely anything, with no exceptions currently known.

Heat manipulation - Burning Heart: Seo's hereditary semblance, like all of the Yong family, is heat manipulation. He can raise the temperature of anything. This is more effective if he has contact with the target, but can be done from a short distance.
