Personality: Everyone has that friend who no matter how old he is, never seems to be likely to get his act together. That is Phil down to the letter. He slept in class from grades 7-12. At one point the teachers just stopped waking him up. Despite this he was would always get A's on the tests so he never failed a single class, but it constantly averaged out to a C. He was often referenced to as the towns personification as he was much like it. He seemed so detached with the world it almost didn't seem real, like he lives in a place of peace and serenity, rather than the world everyone else lives in. While this earned him friends, it also made him quite a few enemies. Regardless, he could always be counted on for quick-wit and a funny joke in times of strife or issues between friends or others. He seems perfectly content with his life as it is and would probably not change it even if he had the option to. To live in a dream, that can best summarize what this man is.
History: Phil got a job working at the local beach restaurant, catering to locals and tourists who visit the area. While not the most dependable employee, he is known to make a great cocktail so management keeps him around. He has a sister who lives with her husband and two kids, both girls. His dad and mom moved from the town about a year ago to take care of Phil's ailing grandmother.
