Name: Her first name is completely unpronounceable by humans but her last name can be approximated as 'Vis'. She refers to be called Nickola.

Gender : Female

Age: 83 (Considered young for a Trapilceir as they don't psychically age.)

Occupation : Engineer and physicist.

Place of origin: Gorta. A moderately sized, irregularly shaped planet covered almost entirely by a region somewhere in between a forest and a desert known as the 'Ferrah'. Despite its heat and lack of water there are bizarre, somewhat tree-like organisms that cover much of this area that produce a sort of dry mist. There is a large crater on the southern hemisphere of the planet around which the Trapilceir have built their cities.

Type of creature: Trapilceir. This species are a evolutionary offshoot of homo sapiens, the first settlers on a strange world whom, as a result of its harsh conditions, changed drastically over many generations. They look more human than most aliens; bipedal with two eyes, a nose, a mouth and mammalian skin with hair. However they look more similar to earlier hominids in many respects, their noses being distinctly ape-like with more pronounced canines and bodies more suited to more rigorous exercise. They are typically very skinny and tall with long limbs, fingers and toes and typically blue tinted hair. They also do not age after reaching maturity, whether it be due to the course of evolution or external influences is unknown to outsiders.

History : 'Nickola Vis' was born to a poor but well educated family on the outer edge of a small town, a fair distance from Gorta's main crater. Away from the excitement and business of the cities, she spent much of her time studying the sciences and often wandering off to explore the surrounding Ferrah, much to her parents' annoyance. She yearned to see more not only of her world but of the worlds surrounding it and the ones beyond even them. At the age of 30 she left home without intending to return, moving to Gorta's capital city for a time to complete her education as a physicist and engineer before finding to urge to move again.

After 24 years of researching and exploring her own planet the woman stowed away on a trade vessel docked the planet's capital, caught only once they were three quarters of the way to the destination. She was pardoned on the condition that she use her knowledge to assist the crew until she was dumped on an interesting, but solitary, planet called 'De'Salied'. She spent a few years performing odd jobs and getting into mischief before finding employment at a research facility. She worked there until finally the lottery reached her new home and she leapt at an opportunity to see another planet.

Personality : In a word you could describe Nick best as 'excitable', she is wild and enthusiastic even for her species with a burning curiosity about the universe and everything it encompasses. As part of this she has a little difficultly remaining still for long periods of time and cannot resist a challenge or mystery which Vis is adept at solving given her intellect. Of course, being essentially an adolescent, this is to be expected as is her foolishness. She also loves to learn about everything around her, examining things one would think are best left alone including people - Typically whilst commenting on them in a perhaps too... frank a manner.
Appearance : Like many of her species Nick has long and thick, cobalt blue hair and a pronounced, simian nose sitting between near black eyes of surprizing depth. She is a little short for one of her kind, only 5 foot 9, but makes up for this with a athletic physique and long, acrobatic limbs. Her skin is somewhat pale but tough and smattered here and there with scar tissue no doubt acquired from any number of her 'adventures'. Vis wears washed out cargo pants with a blue, button up sleeveless T-shirt and gray trainers broken so that they accommodate her considerable feet. She has little with her save a few gadgets and keep sakes on her belt and scattered throughout various pockets.
