Cyan Bridges

"Oh yes, I fell. But I got back up. And now I kill the ones who disagree. So much fun, eh?" Cyan has gently curled golden-red locks that fall messily around his face, framing his round cheeks and ending just past the nape of his neck. He has liquid green eyes that have speckles of a light blue-silver. His eyes are slightly wide-set. His nose really blends into his face, not very prominent next to the thunder-stealing eyes and lips. The bridge of his nose curves gently upwards and the tip of his nose is pointed up slightly. A spattering of freckles dance across his cheeks and nose, as well as his forehead, vividly contrasted against his sheet-white skin. His lips are slightly pouty, his bottom lip sticking out a bit more than it should.
He has a long, gangly figure, almost awkward looking. He has the smooth muscle of a runner and the lithe body of one who can kill from afar. Thin pale fingers with raggedy fingernails give an almost...spiderlike impression. His spine is almost always curved into a wary, alert crouch. His average height is about 5'11, but with the crouch he only measures to be about 5'9. A small grin usually graces his face.
"Vivid red hair. Bright green eyes. Pale freckle plagued skin. Your average soulless ginger, yes?"
In angel form he is, of course, much taller. Dark wings manifest themselves on his shoulder blades, folding compactly to his body. His hair takes on a more violent red tone. His eyes evolve from liquid to cold metal, the flecks of silver-blue turning to grey iron. His round face stretches gaunt, and his body twists, thin and powerful.

“Oh, you know it. And for the record, I can also be more ginger than you too.”Personality
Cyan likes sarcasm and being facetious. He is rather cocky, truth be told, but when you can kill anyone you don’t like, hey! You got quite a bit of power. He is usually a very happy person and an optimist for the most part. But that is mostly because his motto is, if it doesn’t work right, first kick it. If that doesn’t work shoot it in the head. There. Problem solved.
When Cyan gets angry or disagreeable, he usally ends up sulking about it for a while before getting over it. When he is sad, wich is rarely, He gets mopey and unresponsive. He is a real 'people' person. He loves them. Well, he loves messing with others, whether they be angels or humans. But humans are easier to mess with.
Cyan isn't a chatterbox, but he isn't reserved either. He is pleasantly outgoing. And he expects everyone else to be as friendly as him. He isn't really observant when it comes to social interations. He usually tries to serve himself first and foremost, then worry about others later.
"To put is short, I'm awesome. Now, look at the screen. Look down at yourself. Now back up at the screen. Sadly, you aren't me, but you may try to imitate me by becomming a souless ginger. Now look down. Look out the window. Where are we now? Nope...still in the same place. "
Equipment

“I can shoot a deer in the eye from the other side of the forest. If I can see it, I can shoot it.”Stalking.
“Like a cat. I can tail a human through New York City blindfolded.”Spying.
"What would I be if I couldn't listen in on other people's conversations?"Getting humans to spill information.
"It is easy as a glass of wine and a shoulder to cry on. A pretty man who seems to care."Running.
"I'm like a regular olympic runner. I spent years practicing form. It helps me clear my head." Disobeying/disregarding orders.
“This is my specialty. Tell me to do something, and I won’t do it. Unless it is in my best interest, of course." Being charming.
“Ha, I could charm the pants off anyone if you gave me enough time. It is because I’m a ginger. Gingers are awesome like that.” Panicking in tight situations.
"I do not panic! Stop lying! Okay, I may get a bit freaked out when there is a chance that I could die, but it isn't panicking!" Sulking.
"What are you going to put next? Arguing? Would you cut it out? I do not sulk!" Cyan can shoot things that are nearly invisible to the naked eye. Just give him a direction in which to shoot and bam, it is done. Instinct. Do you want heart or head? Or just disablement?
“I also have the power to be incredibly awesome. But that is just natural. Just like my ginger-ness.”
History
Cyan was never one to be alone. He hated being excluded and ostracized. BUt it always seemed to end up that way. Maybe it was because of his uncanny knack for shooting or the enjoyment he got from messing with the others minds. Or just his better-than-thou attitude. But whatever the reason, Cyan discovered that he had become shunned from the rest of the angels. He didn't like that one bit. So he strove for attention. Not the best idea. He did get the attention he wanted, but it got him kicked out.
For a long time after that Cyan sulked. He got over his upset and angry feelings by using humans for companionship and as playthings. But they weren't good enough. none of them, never. many of them shunned him as well. For being to pretty, to eccentric, too different. Cyan didn't fit in with this human world either. And then he heard about the Fallen Angels. Oh glory be, there was the place for him! With his talent, Cyan hoped he would be accepted there.
"Oh yes, a regular sob story. And I didn't sulk! I don't sulk! I brood. Okay? Get it?"
