Alan laughed and patted Matthews back, looking over his shoulder at Henry. He looked uneasy so Alan hung back to let him catch up.
"Everything alright, Henry?"

"Hey, Henry, I'll be right back. Keep grabbing what you can."
Without saying a word, Alan walked out of the gas station, picked up the crawler, being sure to avoid being bitten and walked with him into the woods. The others knew what he was about to do. But none protested. The child was in misery, and Alan would see to it that he was put out of it. The young boy moaned and attempted to bite at Alan, but to no avail. While walking a small tear ran down his cheek. This one was so young...

"Uhh... Oh. Um... Yea, I stick to cars... I could... try? I suppose?"
He emptied the last tank of gas into the bus, keeping one extra in case he needed it later. Then he climbed into the drivers seat and took a deep breath.
"Should we... wait for Giovanni and Sparkles?"
