"Ya' can tell a machine, but ya' can't tell it what."
Josh is a hands-on type of guy, and loves getting things in his fingers and his tools. He's very friendly, however, he doesn't take to kindly to people who think they can push him around. They say that he is very brave, but is also very creative, and his mind brims with ideas. If you were to hold a conversation with him, he could just go on and on and on, so, it's best if you ask him what you want first. He'll usually accept anybody's problems. Josh's got a habit of collecting broken parts, often to fiddle around with 'em (not literally of course, but he has made a violin out of rusted masonry cable.). He's also taken on the role as a sort of leader.
His father's old military radio, which he has been able to fix up. He also has a ton of tools, but only general ones. He's got a couple wrenches, but only about two screwdrivers, a few crowbars, and a bunch of other things. He's also got a shotgun, and is working on building automated turret guns. His little saferoom is supplied with many things, but only very little of it.
He was driving into the city when it happened. His truck became stranded in the woods, and he had to carry all his stuff by hand into the city. There, with a couple other survivors, they've been trying to make a little sanctuary for people who pass by. The people who help him are;
