Race: Elusive: Mir is not subject to the whim of the space time continuum. In fact, Mir can be in control of the space time continuum. He can bend space to his will, he can step across dimensions and travel to another world. His purpose in life is to escape the grips that hold the humans of this world in its claws, and to remain, flitting around, making sure that the balance of all the worlds are stable and not disturbed. However, like all of his kind, Mir's eyes are key to his power. He needs his eyes, needs to see in order to do what he does. If he is blind and cannot see light, then Mir feels as though he is in a world of nothingness, where there is nothing for him to bend, nowhere for him to go.

Attire: He wears a loose blue almost kimono like dress, with a sash tied around the middle and a skin tight black v-neck underneath. He wears loose silk pants and is barefoot. His most unique piece of equipment is the blindfold covering his eyes. It is made of a material not of this world, given to the scientists by another Elusive who thought it be best for Mir to be placed in this place, shimmering and the only thing that is impervious to Mir's odd ability. It cannot be removed of Mir's own will, and only his scientist knows how to.
Distinguishing Features: The eyes of an Elusive are eyes that no human has ever seen. If anybody ever meets an Elusive's eyes, they will be transported to another dimension, even if the Elusive does not wish it to be so. Elusives tend to have a counterpart that offsets their absence from one world to another. For Elusives, if their eyes are blinded, they have to use their counterparts as their sight. They still cannot use their abilities unless they can see directly, but Mir knows his surroundings and what his scientist looks like. His counterpart is an iridescent blue butterfly not of this dimension, but the next one over. Mir calls his counterpart Mura.

Personality

Hostility Level: Extreme - Mir does not like being penned up, nor does he seem to be able to feel remorse
Threat Level: Extreme - The last time they tried to remove the blindfold, the lab was almost sucked into another dimension, but the blindfold was wrestled back onto Mir just in time.
Special Considerations?: Special blindfold, a cold room as it makes him slower, butterfly in a separate cage but nearby, objects to keep his hands busy, do not approach unless Mir is willing to talk as he has a nasty habit of clawing at anybody that tries to touch him, keep his area very dark

Any signs of humanity?: Extreme tenderness towards Mura, childlike curiosity
Dangers: Likes to manipulate and play around with his scientist, seems to find it amusing when human blood stains his fingers, can manipulate words and spends a lot of his time figuring out how to get his blindfold off etc.
Any known inflammatory situations?: Being touched against his will, anyone hurting Mura, broken promises

History

Family History: Mir's family is unknown - for right now, it is considered that the female Elusive that brought Mir to this area, blindfold in place, with instructions of how to handle the volatile, extremely violent and unpredictable eleven year old boy is either his mother or his older sister. He's been asked about that Elusive, but like the name of his kind suggests, Mir often dances around the question, smirking rather crazily whenever she is brought up. His birth is shrouded in mystery, his past is hidden from view. The truth of the matter is, his father is the current leader of the Elusives, but Mir is actually considered insane by Elusive standards. He has no control over his will, no want to follow the noble mission that has been given to his kind. He was banished at a young age and the woman that dropped him off was, in fact, his older cousin, whose powers matched Mir's on the raw level, but because of her skill and her control, she was able to subdue him and bring him to this world where she hoped they would be able to keep him rooted and prevent him from wrecking havoc on the space time continuum.

Personal History: After being dropped off at the age of 11, after previously finding it fun to pull worlds apart and put them together with other worlds, Mir has been almost...pleasant. He has remained on good terms with his scientist, proving himself to be rather talkative. Until, of course, there was that day on his fifteenth birthday where they took his blindfold off for the first time. Everything changed after that. In the beginning, he hadn't been considered much of a threat. He had been nice, had done everything he'd been asked. He'd been put on the Level 2 for those first few years. But after that incident where the lab was almost put in another world, Mir was moved down to to the high security level and his treatments have never been the same since. He still acts nice to his scientist and to the security guards, but...he can just taste their fear. And it makes him very...very...happy. He does not regret what he has done - Mir cannot feel regret.
