Beliefs/Religion: Maggie was raised a good Catholic girl. The De Medici Family still attend church every Sunday morning. The tradition may seem studious but the truth of it is it's all political, social and power play. Yet Maggie still believes in a the idea of some God, she just doesn't believe in people any more.
Career/Past Careers: Maggie went straight from college right into her fathers employee. Currently she works the PR for De Medici Conglomerate which she hates but it's a necessary evil as are many things in her life.
Likes: Her powers. Green arable spaces where she can find peace of mind and get away. Ballet, though she quit many years ago, she still dances for the joy it brings her. At heart Margaret is a good person who wants justice and fairness for all.
Talent/Skills: Maggie's skills and talents lie in the arts and her education. A fairly clever child, she excelled in school, doing especially well with languages, especially the dead ones. A sacrifice no one will ever no she made.

Thus she just gestures with her hands in the direction she wishes the explosion and BOOM! Though Maggie isn't quite sure how it works to be honest and her powers become volatile when she loose her temper or emotions get involved.
Her secondary power is Darkness Manipulation and as of yet Maggie has not discovered the endless possibilities of this power yet. For now, she uses it to hid and travel quickly by the shadows. Though there is much more to it then that . . .
Weakness(es)/Faults: Maggie can't always withstand the explosions she creates, especially the really big ones. And when she does go beyond her means it can often drain her energy markedly, although this does take quite sometime.
Background: Margaret Cornelia De Medici was born to Roxanna Whitmore and infamous businessman and playboy Cole De Medici. Maggie's life may have been full of material contentment but emotionally she always felt deprived.
Though her father was affectionate, he often left Maggie and her older half-brother Kingston to be bought up by nannies while he dealt with his business and debauched with his many and endless mistresses.
As for Maggie's mother, a rising starlet, an actress who gave up her profession when she had her daughter. But Maggie knew the woman little who mysterious committed suicide when Maggie was only five. However, she realized she must have inherited her powers from her mother as no one on her father's side of the family, nor her brother shared her gift. Which Maggie learned long ago to keep hidden from all.
But Maggie also inherited something else from her departed mother too. The woman's inherent kindness and goodness. Thus, growing up, all the times Maggie witnessed her fathers underhanded and shady business dealings she tried to convince him that it wasn't too late to stop and take the right path.
Sensible advice from a young child that was unheeded by Cole De Medici. Yes, he was one of the richest men on the planet and he owned a conglomerate but that wasn't â isn't â enough for Cole De Medici; to keep power in his clutches he's willing to go to any means to acquire it. The De Medici Crime Syndicate maybe less well known but it's certainly where the majority of the De Medici wealth comes from.
It disgusts Maggie that the wealth she lives in is on the backs and from the blood of innocents. Her father refused to listen to her pleas to give up his felonious ways and tired of listening to his lies and false promises, Maggie has taken matters into her own hands.
