An outgoing, spirited young girl who would love to shake your hand.
Kaliegh is full of spunk and is a little bit of a tomboy. She is very hyper at times and most of the time can't sit still. She doesn't like many girly things; and hates when people try to change her. She loves reading, but it is hard for her because she finds it difficult to sit still for very long. She also loves music, but her favorite thing to do is act. She enjoys using her power to play tricks on people, but it often gets her into trouble. She is friendly and loves meeting new people, just be careful about shaking her hand.
Kaliegh is a shapeshifter. She can shift into any living thing she touches, but of course there are a few drawbacks. Within twenty four hours of touching someone Kaliegh loses the power to change into them again, unless she touches them a second time. Her voice and eyes stay the same when she has shifted, so in order to truly mimic her target she must learn their voice patterns, and use colored contacts, which she has a set of every color. When Kaliegh shifts into someone she also mimics their health status; if a man were to have polio and she shifted into them she would contract the disease too. (until she shifts back) That being said this also means she cannot shift into anyone or anything that is dead, because she will also die, no going back.
She wears leather gloves to protect her from touching someone accidentally.
Kaliegh was born in Le Havre, France, and her family lived just outside the city. All Kaliegh knew of magic before her powers were discovered was what she had heard in fairy tales, and that is all it was to her a fairy tale. When she was 7 years old her grandfather took her on a fishing trip and she accidentally shifted into him. Her familiy was scared, and didn't know what to do so they made her swear never to do it again and she was shipped of to a boarding school in England. There she perfected the English language but held onto the French she had grown up with. She didn't have many friends, and she was alone most of the time; except for Ms. Tolli. Ms. Tolli taught her about the arts, Shakespeare, Shaffer, Moliere, and others became her companions. Kaliegh grew to be a great actress, and Ms.Tolli was always there to applaud her. One night Kaliegh decided to share her gift with Ms.Tolli and transformed into the school dog, Willy. Ms. Tolli went into shock and Kaliegh never saw her again. About a year later she was invited to come to an island school called Avalon.
