I hail from an unnamed metaphysical world where everything is insubstantial and color doesn't exist. Things such as touch, taste, or feel- all of these are unfamiliar to me, though I know of them. This is due to the number of portals to the Solid that litter my world. Myself and others like me pass through them sometimes, but rarely of our own volition, for we become trapped until an inhabitant (yes, the Homo sapiens) frees us. We are invisible to all but a select few, and those few have given my kind several names where we used to have none; demon, ghost, or spirit, to list a few. I have never slept before, and certainly never dreamed until now. However, I have heard of the Labyrinth, and so I am vaguely aware of the situation.
♔ Physical Description ♔
It is undeniable that Abyss has a mysterious and beautiful air around him, seeming as if he was a perfectly crafted sculpture or a magnificently painted living portrait. He's quite tall, standing at six feet, three inches, and is only a little underweight. His long hair, the color of pitch black just like his eyes, cascades all the way down to his feet and is so wispy that it often gets into his face and eyes, which leads to him giving off a threatening aura, though he doesn't mind it. In addition, two curved horns come out of the side of his head, two small antlers coming out of the top of his head with a single horn which sticks out in between the two antlers, along with that he has ears which remind others of a deer, and he also has two large feathery black wings which protrude straight from his back. The rest of Abyss is covered in fabric so misty that it appears to be entirely stitched of shadows. He really does seem to love the color black, though that's not so strange, since everything on him is the color of complete darkness. The only thing about him that isn't black is his snow-white skin.
♔ Personality ♔
Abyss is one to be exceedingly morbid, exhausting and even painful to talk to. He often gives the impression that he's always bored, and while he does have an untrustworthy feel to him, he's bound by the fact that he can only tell the truth. Though, somewhere down the line, he learned that if he spoke in enough contradictions, he was able to cause confusion and treat it as if he was lying or could. Abyss is apathetic to others to the point that he's painfully blunt - when he chooses to be. It might be more often than not, but the fact that he can do that makes others view Abyss in a more haughty way. While it might seem that Abyss is a thinker, he's just so apathetic about everything that it comes off as manipulative. At times, he's aware of the repercussions of his actions and he does state his observations in such a manner that is malicious and blunt. He's had to watch the people of the 'Solid' for a far longer time to the point where he just makes morbid observations that sound patronizing. He's able to read facial expressions and emotions far better than others, but he does so with a taunting bravado more than compassion or empathy. He doesn't care whether others live or die, their stories or their hearts, but he can tell when someone is attempting to hide something just by their body language and their facial expression. Another thing about Abyss is that he doesn't interfere with the lives of others. Seeing as he's the light to the 'Solid's' dark, it's inevitable that evil people will be evil and that people will live and people will die. There is no reason for him to even bother with anything. In his world, the concept of his people is all a construct by humans to further explain things that they don't understand. Things that are considered "outside light" are considered Abyss' realm and it's a realm that doesn't need policing. His people will do what they want, and as he states, everything they do and touch will rot. It isn't malicious, of course, but others are flawed because they make themselves flawed. Hades just appears out of nowhere: That said, he's presence sometimes leaves no room for argument or rejection. It can be said that his beauty is so intense that people who look upon him can't even move or argue. Though Abyss explains that the form he reflects is the hearts of those who look upon him, at time Abyss often has the appearance of a woman. Something he finds great amusement in considering that he's constantly bare chested and has horns.

✘ Dark Places | Being Touched || Dark places and unannounced physical contact with Hex is a big fat, N. O. It isn't like he is scared of the dark, it's just that whenever it is to dark his powers get feisty.
