Background: Joe is originaly from Montreal, Canada. Both Joes parrents live in Montreal still but they sent Joe to Kamishike for school. Some things happend at his old school that he would rather leave to die.His parrents rented him an apartment out here and do fund him for most of his living expenses. Joe also played Hockey at his old school he was an allstar for his highschool hockey team. He had to give that all up when moving. His first language was english and he still struggles to speak french for the most part of it.
