Small boxing turtle.
Appearance
Reggie is actually a lot smaller than a typical box turtle (and oh, how he hates it!) and a lot lighter as well. He is green and yellow on his shell and torso and has red eyes due to his power. He is slow and cumbersome, as most turtles are, and often looks awkward and uncomfortable walking. He is also often seen perching on the back of his friend Nikki in order to make their trips shorter.
Mutations and Power
Reggie is mutated to be smaller than normal as well as having red eyes. He has the power to read minds and often uses that to become extremely critical and judgmental of other people and uses what he reads to aide Nikki.
Personality
Reggie is a rather cynical and pessimistic individual. Other than Nikki, he seemingly hates every other person he has ever come in contact with and doesn’t hide this opinion. Rarely is this temperamental turtle happy and makes a habit of making it known and complains to Nikki frequently. Whenever they come into contact with someone else, he ends up reading their mind and making fun of their thoughts because well, hes just one hateful turtle. He does, however, speak intelligently. Through the sarcastic remarks and dry humor, he is rather clever and rarely resorts to simple name calling or otherwise (what he sees as) simpleton insults. In fact, intelligence is often the thing he criticizes the most. Nikki often gets the brunt of his complaining and incessant nagging, but he doesn’t typically insult her much.

What I Think About You by Reginald
Roses are red
Violets are blue
Sugar is sweet
God, you are so bloody annoying I cant even finish this poem. I mean really, I cant even hear myself think in here. And sure, sugar may be sweet, but don’t you know it gives you cancer? Yes, it does. There was a study on it a few years back. That, and all these flowers are giving me the biggest bloody headache that you are just accentuating with your stupidity. Really, just go away. Are you deaf or even more moronic than I thought? That’s it, Ill leave. I feel like my intelligence is decreasing just by being around you. I can hear your thoughts, you know. I don’t appreciate how youre thinking Im slow. I am a bloody turtle, you imbecile. Of course I am slow but I don’t see you doing any better, youre just standing there with a blank stare on your face thinking insults about something that comes with my species. Do you feel good about yourself? Thinking bad about a turtle? No, I thought not. God….Idiots…
