PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Oscar is a very attractive gentleman for his age and most women, even men find it very hard that he is indeed single. He stands approximately six foot and a half inches tall and weighs about one hundred and seventy-eight pounds. Oscar has broad shoulders and is very muscular for his age, as well. He likes to keep his body toned and athletic so he works out about three or four times a week. His hair is of brunette locks that he likes to keep combed over and very stylish. Once his hair grows too much out of order, he'll get someone to trim it down slightly and slick it down some. Oscar has very bright turquoise eyes that are accented by very short eyelashes but perfectly arched, slightly bushy eyebrows. Oscar always has evenly toned skin complexion that takes on a milky white complexion. He also has a little bit scruff, too and likes to keep it trimmed down.

PERSONALITY
Oscar has a very complicated personality, or at least to him, it is. His personality is a little bit two sided like a coin. Naturally, Oscar is really an introverted person and doesn't necessarily go up to someone and start the conversation. He likes it for people to come up to him and speak to him first. Plus, he likes to be alone and to himself, at times. It is a little bit crazy because whenever he's at his Bar and Grill, or just out within the town of Bellingstone, he is an extremely extroverted and always talking to just about anyone that crosses his path. With him being a mayoral candidate, he definitely shows that he is indeed friendly towards everyone and is constantly honest. Oscar naturally likes to be honest, anyway though so that's nothing really new to those that really know him.

Secretly, even though he tells people that he is not looking for a committed relationship or anything of the sort, Oscar feels like it is time for him to settle down with the right guy or girl. But Oscar is just really waiting for the right person to come along and take his breath away.

LIKES
Seeing his sales increase
Positive Atmospheres
Men and Women
Alcohol and Cigarettes
Being a mayoral candidate

DISLIKES
Rumors and Gossip about anybody
Vampires
Clingy People
Homophobic People
Decreasing sales

☠ People finding out he's a Warlock

BIOGRAPHY
Oscar was born in London to Melvin and Patricia Stein. When Oscar was born, his mother Patricia was in a comatose state for about a week and really severe weather swept through the area for the same entire week. At least, that's what his parents have told him. As Oscar was growing up, there were strange things happening around him whenever he went outside. What was happening, Oscar couldn't really explain but one day, him and his mother were outside together within the garden that she was planting and she saw something that Oscar had done and immediately took him back inside of the house. His mother sat him down in the living area then went and got his father, who looked confused at his darling wife, who told him what had just transpired outside in the garden. Right then and there, his father finally told the truth about being a Warlock and even though the wife was flabbergasted, she told the truth about her being a Witch. Oscar, being only a toddler looked at them both confusingly and they further explained what was happening to him. His abilities were manifesting and his parents were helping him hone his abilities over time. Oscar did not honestly know how to feel about being a Warlock but just went with the ability training his parents often hosted.

As the years went by, Oscar was homeschooled by his parents as they did not want their little secret being found out or Oscar doing something that cannot be explained around other people. Shortly after finishing his schooling, he decided that he wanted to move out and move somewhere within the United States. Even though his parents were very against the idea of his leaving, they paid for his plane ticket and even gave him a few more dollars to get him on his feet. Once Oscar said goodbye to his parents, he went over to the airport and flew to Bellingstone, Pennsylvania. There, he got a job tending lawns and gardens along with dog sitting. He needed a few extra dollars so that he could pay for his home in full.

Oscar settled in the town of Bellingstone rather quickly as it wasn't really that hard for him. He soon enough made his name widely known around the area and growing up in Bellingstone was something that he never imagined would happen in a million years. As he was still settling in the town, he got a job as a cashier and server at the local bar and grill. Throughout the years, Oscar continuously impressed people with his customer service skills and with multiple promotions, he finally became the owner of Bellingstone's Bar and Grill. But even still, Oscar wanted to do more and that was when the mayor of the town was found murdered. Of course, Oscar did not really know the man and saw that the next candidate didn't have anyone to run against him so that was when he decided that he was going to run for mayor.

MISCELLANEOUS
Oscar's abilities are nature based. He has the power to control the forces of the natural world for a variety of effects. Oscar has abilities such as communicating with animals, elemental manipulation, plant manipulation and weather manipulation.

Oscar woke up feeling good and he does not even know why though he didn't want to question it either. He was up and about within his home as he wandered around for a minute before he stood in front of the sink, washing the remaining dishes in his sink from his breakfast. From there, Oscar went out to his front yard, grabbing the newspaper off of his porch in the process then continued to walk towards his mailbox to check to see if the mailman has came yet. Nothing. With the shrug of his shoulders, Oscar turned heel and made the small trek back towards the inside of his home, closing and locking the door behind him.

Luckily, he had scheduled himself to be off today so that he can get out there and campaign for his mayoral candidate. Oscar didn't really have a slogan or anything of the sort but he'll just go out there and see if he can get people to think of him whenever they vote. He sat down in a nearby chair and went to read his newspaper but looked at the time then put it away so that he could read it later.

Oscar showered and steamed his suit then got dressed up, spraying a few dabs of cologne here and there upon his body. He knew that in order to get people on his side that he had to impress them, some kind of way. Oscar hadn't really thought much about his candidacy but he suddenly started to wonder if he had made a mistake. After his thought process wavered, he looked himself over in the mirror before he made a walk towards his front door, grabbing his Tahoe keys and cell phone then walked out. Oscar made sure his door was locked before he continued on his journey. He did not know where to start, honestly but as he drove around, he ended within the proximity of the town's center and parked his Tahoe in the nearby parking lot then got out. The day and weather was perfect to get start his campaign.

For as long as June could remember, Bellingstone’s Escape Bar and Grill had always been a highly trafficked spot within the town, but today it seemed to be bustling with intensity, a steady stream of customers rushing in and out. The majority of them stopped by the bar, managing to keep him on his toes his entire shift in complete contrast to the last day he had worked the drinks. Between Gin n’ Tonics and numerous shots of Whiskey, Junsoo knew the reason for the influx of activity. It was a secret to no one that there would be elections for a new mayor soon, and especially not to one June Moon who knew well that his boss was off somewhere to campaign. On top of that was the rumors traveling through the supernatural grapevines about a certain warewolf making his way back to town, and though June himself had never met the man in person, he knew him by name and name was more than enough.

”June boy...” the familiar voice brought the small bartender out of his thick train of thought, lifting his chin up to meet a pair of hazel eyes staring back at him intently. Replying with a simple smile and cheerful ”Hey”, his hands set to prepare a White Russian, the man’s usual order. ”Missed you yesterday” the deep voice added, tapping a finger to his cheek. ”Dance class” the young wolf said simply, setting the glass of creamy liquid on the counter. Long fingers brushed over his for a fraction of a second before pulling the cup away and up to the man’s lips. A satisfied smile spread across his chizled face after setting it back down. ”Is there anything you can’t do?” Junsoo’s rounded cheeks threatened to tint a soft shade of pink. It may not have been the first time to be complimented by Mr. Perfect jawline, but the reaction had always been the same, as it was any other time he was praised.

”Where do I start?” he joked, earning a baritone laugh from the customer. It wasn’t uncommon for June to be flirted with during work hours, and it seemed that the less mind he paid them, the more they came back. Perhaps that was the secret as to why the owners opted to keep him around. Then again, no one could argue against his alcohol mixing skills. As talented with his hands as he is with his body, Junsoo was born to make art, regardless of what kind of art it was. He may not characteristically be Beta wolf material, but there's no denying he brought something to the small pack that no other pack member did, even if Junsoo himself failed to see that. "Do Clarke and Stein know that you're their best money maker? They better keep you close before someone comes and snatches you." The dark haired boy responded with a small laugh, turning his back to the blonde at the counter to tend to another order, He didn't bother to give a proper answer, reasoning that what the man said was nothing more than a joke to send his cheeks ablaze. He was convinced that the food served there made the money, not hi drinks and much less his innocent features.

His eyes danced around the room as familiar faces made their way inside. In a small town it happened much too often. He could feel the man's eyes still on him as he prepared the machines for the bundles of orders that would undoubtedly be coming very soon.

Adelaide had risen with the sun. The death of a mayor anywhere was enough to shake a town, but in a place like Bellingstone, Adelaide could only see things going downhill from here.

Reaching the Sheriff's office at precisely 5:30 am, Adelaide greeted the nightshift workers who were just beginning to head home. Her hair pulled back into a tight bun, Adelaide runs her hands over her black work pants to straighten them before heading into her small office. The walls were covered in her late father's awards and accomplishments. Adelaide hadn't the heart to change anything about the office since she had moved into it, after her father's passing.

Seated in front of her computer, Adelaide's fingers typed frantically on the keyboard, writing up a response to the coroners report she had just received the night before. No one suspected foul play yet, but Adelaide was more than just a little suspicious about the information the coroners report had revealed. No blood, bar from a smudge on the mayor's collar. How curious - A shaving cut they had said. The majority of people who worked with Adelaide were humans, and as such, oblivious to Bellingstone's supernatural population. Adelaide, on the other hand, was a part of that population and was all too familiar with their goings on.

Despite not having any concrete leads, Adelaide decides to clear her head with a patrol around the town - besides, it couldn't hurt to question some of the townsfolk about any suspicious activity recently.

Noticing her deputy entering the office, Adelaide sends him a small smile before grabbing her jacket which she had taken off before seating herself in front of the computer. "Hey Mark, I'm heading out to see if anyone saw anything suspicious around the time of the Mayor's death," There was a pause before Adelaide continues on, "Are you okay to hold down the fort here for a bit?"

"Sure thing Sheriff." the young deputy nods back at Adelaide, his deep brown eyes distracting Adelaide for the briefest of moments. Mike had only started working with them six months ago after transferring from another area of Pennsylvania. So far he had been a model deputy and Adelaide could not fault a single thing he had done - which honestly kind of irked her. He was human but something about him made Adelaide feel like he knew more than most of the humans in this town.

Shrugging off that uneasy feeling, Adelaide instead throws her black blazer on and sets out into the town. After typing her response to the coroner, the clock had just chimed 6 am, and now as she finally left the station, it was almost 7.

Making her way down the steps of the station, Adelaide breathed in the cool morning air, cheeks reddening with the slight chill that hung in the air. There had been some gossiping Adelaide had overheard about an old friend of hers being back in town. Al, Adelaide sighed aloud as she thought about him. They had once been so close, but when he began to become the golden boy and started dating Sydney, their relationship hit the rocks. Wrinkling her nose ever so slightly at the thought of Sydney Green, Adelaide reprimanded herself for being so petty. It had been six years since Al had left, she can't still be harbouring feelings for him even now. She wouldn't allow it.

As she reached the town square, Adelaide noticed a few familiar faces wandering around, however only one made her smile. Oscar Stein had been Adelaide's closest friend for nearly twenty years now. Ever since Al disappeared, her and Oscar had only grown closer. As a part of one of the smallest supernatural minorities in Bellingstone, Adelaide and Oscar had always stuck together.

Heading in his direction, Adelaide lets out a cheerful "Morning," as she comes face-to-face with Oscar. Noticing his very fancy suit and all-round well kept appearance, Adelaide couldn't help but form a small smirk in place of her smile. "Campaigning already huh?" Nodding approvingly she adds, "Colour me impressed."

Oscar continued on with his walk around the town center, stopping and talking to people about his campaign as mayor. Most people were quite intrigued with him while others just thought that it was wrong that he was campaigning so early after the death of the previous mayor. He shrugged his shoulders and continued on his stroll until his friend, Adelaide, for nearly twenty years was coming towards him now.

A smile tugged at the corner of his lips as he couldn't help himself and walked towards Adelaide, meeting her halfway and now face to face with her. Oscar eyed her as she spoke first. "Morning, Adelaide." He said as he chuckled slightly at her question and comment. "Why, yes I am. Or trying to anyway." Oscar said as he continued to look at her.

"Impressed, eh? Does that mean I have your vote?" He joked towards Adelaide as he tapped his chin with his index finger. "So, any new details about Clarke's death? By the way, shouldn't you be in your office investigating?" Oscar questioned towards her as his eyes met hers right about now.

With a smile Adelaide nodded, "Of course you have my vote Oscar," She says as though he should've already known that, "I couldn't think of a better Mayor for Bellingstone, in this time of crisis."

Mulling over how much, or rather, how little information she could actually share with her good friend, Adelaide sighs, "I got the coroners report in today, but nothing unusual." Attempting to keep it vague, and yet still be able to tell her friend something, Adelaide's hand reaches up to her hair, smoothing out any wisps that may have gotten loose from her bun as she listens to Oscar continue.

"That's exactly what I've been doing this morning," Adelaide replies to Oscar's question about why she wasn't in the office. "I needed a breath of fresh air, and I figured it could be helpful to ask around town about any suspicious activity lately," There is a small pause before Adelaide continues, "So, I don't suppose you've seen anything out of the ordinary as of late?"

Oscar smiled whenever Adelaide mentioned that he had her vote. Of course, he shook his head at her words then eyed her after her comment. "Yeah. It kind of sucks though, as well. Many people loved the previous mayor. Am I wrong for campaigning so early?" Oscar muttered as he knew that Adelaide would tell him nothing but the truth.

His eyes widened whenever he heard her say that the coroners report came in earlier that day but there was nothing unusual. "Hm." Oscar hummed to himself as he looked at Adelaide once again, listening to her as she continued to speak.

"Ah, makes sense now. No need to be cooped up in an office all day." He chuckled then proceeded to walk a little bit, wanting Adelaide to follow right behind him so that she can hear his answer to her question. "Uhm, no, actually. I was closing up the Bar and Grill whenever I heard the news. I haven't seen anything either." Oscar said. "Sorry, Addie." A little nickname he had given her so long ago.

"How about dinner later? Surely you'll be too tired from working all day to cook for yourself. Let me whip something up for you." Oscar offered towards Adelaide as he stopped in his tracks, turning heel to face her now with a slight smile curving among his lips. "What do you say?"

Adelaide shakes her head in response to Oscar, "No, no, I think it's good that you're doing this - it'll give the townspeople some hope that things will get better." Sending him an encouraging smile, her painted red lips parting ever so slightly. Squeezing Oscar's arm ever so slightly, Adelaide hopes to convey her full support.

Following Oscar as he wanders a little, Adelaide is silent as she listens to him talking. "Don't apologize Ozzy," She says with a small chuckle, as he had called her his old nickname for her, Adelaide couldn't help but slip the nickname she had invented for him almost 20 years ago. "I should probably make my round about town and see who else I can bump into."

Tilting her head as Oscar offers to take her out for dinner, Adelaide's smile brightens and she nods, "I'd love that," stifling a yawn, she continues, "I am a little exhausted." Taking his hand in hers, she squeezes it softly as she says, "Now get back to campaigning Oz, you've already won me over." Walking ahead of Oscar a little, she looks back at him, "Text me later, dinner at seven?"

If what Oscar was doing was so good, why did he feel so bad about campaigning for mayor already? His feelings were complicated right about now but seeing Adelaide's smile made him follow suit with his own variation of a smile as Oscar knew that he had her full support. A soft chuckle escaped over his lips as Adelaide called him by the nickname she invented for him. It was nice to see Adelaide again, considering she was a bit busy with the investigation and probably more things. Oscar, himself, was busy campaigning and more importantly, running Bellingstone's Escape alongside with Andre.

His eyes peered over towards her now as she accepted his offer for dinner then saw her yawn. Oscar did not really say much as he did not know what to say at this point but nodded his head instead. As Adelaide started to walk ahead of him then looked back, his lips parted for him to speak.

"Thanks again, Adelaide. Bellingstone is more than lucky to have a Sheriff like you patrolling the area. And thanks for your support, as well." He said while smiling towards her again and nodded his head, yet again. "Of course. I'll text you." Oscar winked towards her and watched her as she continued to walk ahead of him. Letting out a sigh, he looked around before continuing his own walk and went back to campaigning or trying to, at least.
