II.ββ Charlie is never one to lie about who is is, or what his intentions are. His actions always have a purpose and are always sincere, making him a rather earnest person. He feels no need to hide his true feelings or opinions, and will let what he feels and everything flow freely. He will try with all his might with things he deems important, making him not only earnest in heart, but in work as well.
III.ββ Charlie has always been the type of person who just goes with the flow. He knows there's no changing the inevitable, so why fight it? Just do what you can, and do what you want and everything will turn out how it's supposed to. His super easygoing personality is his strong suite in most cases, as it makes him quick to adapt to changes in his life - which there have been plenty of.
IV.ββ Though a rather friendly and (in some peoples minds) likeable person, Charlie has a mischievous flare. He sort of does things he knows others may not tend to like in order to unravel or bring about some sort of conflict for his own amusement. He does love to watch a good argument. In his defense, however, most of the arguments he brings into fruition aren't only meant to amuse him, but to also bring a resolution to a long simmering conflict between people he thinks of as important in his life. In the end he believes most things to work themselves out in the end anyways.
V.ββ Charlie is a pretty assertive person, placing himself in situations where he may not necessarily need to be. It relates to his mischievous nature and willingness to bring about arguments between other people. He asserts himself in social situations, offering his opinions and showing his willingness to do whatever it takes in whatever situation. This personality trait often shows up in his socializations as well. If he likes someone, romantically or platonically, well he'll just stick himself into their life without giving them much of a say-so into the decision.
VI.ββ On thing is for damn sure, Charlie is someone with an extremely extroverted nature and is overtly sociable. He thrives in social situations, and is one to make connections with the most unlikely people in such places. Comes in handy when you've been a rogue in need of the occasional help and trusty ally.
VII.ββ Although generally easygoing, Charlie's mood can change rather suddenly with no forewarning. Having been in the First World War and seeing some of the most gruesome things in all his years, human and vampire together, he suffers from a little bit of PTSD, causing him to be reactive to certain situations. There's no telling what will trigger it, which can be pretty uncomfortable for those on the other end.

[xxCigarettesxx] βxx He smoked pre-vampire days, and it's still a habit today. The only good thing now is it can't kill him.
[xxDrinkingxx] βxx He's more of a casual drinker than the type to get drunk for fun, but he really does enjoy a good scotch.
[xxBoard Gamesxx] βxx He's the self-titled champion of Monopoly and he only goes on to prove it time and time again.
[xxDeep Conversationxx] βxxThere's nothing better than sitting down and having a meaningful conversation, no matter what the topic be. Screw small talk.
[xxWatching Argumentsxx] βxxYeah, he admits even this makes him a little bit of an asshole but two angry people yelling at each other is so funny, especially when it's irrational.
[xxDancingxx] βxxHe likes to think he's one hell of a dancer, and he's right in thinking so.
[xxLiteraturexx] βxx Though Charlie does like to go out often and socialize as much as he can, even he sometimes likes to stay in and read a good book. He's a big Jane Austen fan, and proud of it.

[xxCookingxx] βxxCharlie has always been a rather bad cook, alive and undead. He could literally burn water.
[xxWeaponsxx] βxxHaving the power of extra-strength, on top of his already heightened vampire strength, allows him to rely on physical sparing in fights rather than weapons. He refuses to use them if he doesn't have to.
[xxModern Technologyxx] βxxLaptops and cellphones alike confuse the hell out of him. He does not like them at all.
[xxFalse Naturexx] βxxBeing an open and honest person, Charlie dislikes people who try to hide who they really are and don't own up to the wrongs they've done. It's stressful and annoying, really.
[xxTediousnessxx] βxxCharlie is one to enjoy change and hates getting into a routine.
[xxBeing Stressedxx] βxxThough relaxed and easygoing at times, when he does end up getting stressed and his mood swings go widely out of control, one would hate getting stressed just as much as he does.
[xxThose Who Don't Tryxx] βxxCharlie puts effort into every tiny little thing he does, and is baffled by people who just can't muster up the courage to give a damn.

[xxStrongxx] βxx Considering he has the power of super strength on top of the strength his vampire nature gives him, Charlie is one hell of a strong guy.

Charles James Parker was born in Westport Ireland to an English father, James Parker the Second, and an Irish mother Roisin Parker. Charlie was the only child born to the Parker family, not for lack of trying. There were major complications in Charlieβs birth which led his Mother to be unable to have anymore children as she discovered a little later in life. It was a topic left mostly undiscussed in the house, and one that led to his Motherβs angry and nearly depressed state.
When Charlie was eighteen and ready to move off on his own, his father died unexpectedly from an aneurism in the brain. Charlie, then unable to find a job as a carpenter in his home country and unable to leave his grieving mother to fend for herself, made the decision to immigrate to New York where he could better support his Mother. So, in 1906, they left to start their new life in the Windsor Terrace neighbourhood in the New York borough of Brooklyn.
It didnβt take Charlie too long to find a job, and soon enough they were all settled in. His mother, who used to be the slightest bit lively even through her irritable state in Charlieβs childhood, soon settled into a deep melancholy after his fatherβs death. Sheβd lost all spirit, and the only thing she did all day was knit, sit in silence, and go to church on Sundays. It was Charlieβs job to care for her.
Then came the war. Since Charlie still held Irish Citizenship, it wasnβt long until he was forcibly shipped off as apart of the Great War efforts, leaving his mother to fend for herself. He promised her before he left there would be absolutely no scenario in which he wouldnβt return for her, and he wrote her nearly every chance he got. She replied sparingly, but it was enough for Charlie to at least know she was alive and able to support herself off what Charlie left her.
From November 1914 to the time he became a vampire on January 17th, 1917, Charlie participated as an active soldier in the war efforts, seeing things that he never wished he had saw. Friends died in the most gruesome ways, malnutrition and sickness filled the air like a dark cloud over everyoneβs heads. Days felt like years, and years felt like decades. Charlie ended up getting severely wounded when a bomb went off and shrapnel hit him from all sides, embedding itself into all his important organs. He was quickly rushed to the hospital tent and into emergency surgery, but his fever refused to break, and it was only a short while until death would take him. He tried to make the best of it, however. He didnβt want to die bitter and unhappy. He wrote a final letter to his Mom and to her church, trying his best to make sure she would be taken care of. He apologized profusely in the letters β for everything heβd done like broken promises and being the reason she couldnβt have more children. He cracked jokes with all the other patients and nurses, trying to make the dull surroundings that smelt of death and decay a bit brighter β or at least not as terminal. One particular nurse appreciated this βlivelinessβ a lot. She was an English nurse who was the one who helped him the most in those few days. She was a pretty brunette by the name of Elizabeth Williams, though she told everyone to call her Lizzie. She was notable a little odd. Her dialogue seemed dated and her mannerisms as well. But she was kind.
On January 17th Charlieβs life was about to be cut short. He had internal bleeding and in the night started to pass. Lizzie began to wheel him away, and once they entered a private area β it happened. She changed him unknowingly and without his consent. Charlie at that point however was so exhausted he passed out, and once he woke again, he was in a little cottage, Lizzie hovering over him. Apparently she had convinced the doctors Charlie had passed; that was easy enough done since he technically was. She had fled with him after that, abandoning her post. Sheβd taken them to the nearest abandoned place.
He spent the next thirty-four years with Lizzie as a vampire rogue. When he questioned her as to why she was a nurse, she told him that she liked to help people and that in the war, no one would question a dead body and wouldnβt notice it it had barley any blood in it. It was easy food. Lizzie and Charlie had an on and off romantic relationship with them. Mostly off, but they got swept up at times. More or less, they were simply partners in crime. She was born in England in the 1500βs, and had the power to remove someoneβs memories. There was a limit to it of course. Lizzie could only remove up to a minute of memories from a person, and it had to be a memory that just happened. None the less, it helped both her and Charlie get into places without being remembered. Charlie was never forced to stay with Lizzie, but they both just wanted company. They ended up separating on good enough terms. When Charlie had gotten news of his motherβs passing, he decided it was time for him to head back to Brooklyn and join a coven there. It wasnβt necessarily a regrettable decision, but it wasnβt one he would have chose a second time around.
When Charlie was seventy years into his vampire life, he manifested the power of extra strength. The coven decided to use that to their advantage, using him for fighting purposes of trading vampires around and showing off power. He was used for the general tactics of making an example of those outside of the coven, and he was good at it. He was fairly well known and important to the Brooklyn Coven.
Then he got a partner in crime, so he likes to call her. Lucienne was a new vampire and new to the coven but damn, did she have quite the power. She was good at the scare tactics. So then they were forcibly teamed up, and he wasnβt arguing. He thought it befitting that she used to be a nurse just like Lizzie. It was amusing. Luci even taught him how to better use his power and to suck up whatever energy shit she used for hers, rendering her useless to using his powers, something they both appreciated. When she decided to go rogue, Charlie had nothing better to do so he simply followed her along, despite the blondeβs protests. He could only laugh at the girl when she was found by the big vampire honcho, but she slapped that right off his face when she told him she had gotten him a spot in her little army legion and that she would drag him along no matter what.
