Scott is a very humorous person. He loves making witty remarks and getting laughs from people. He seems to lighten up a room with his smile, and his laughter could probably get a grin from someone. He's very outgoing, and can get very crazy. He likes to dance with Caitlin though he's a terrible dancer. He and Riley spend a lot of their time together, but his best friend is Will. Though he is unaware that Will loves Riley, he has suspicion that Will is very into someone though. Like Drew, he's pretty easy going, and he just wants to have fun. On top of partying, he does care for his friends. He's very loyal and has their backs like they have his. He doesn't take them for granted, and he takes time to talk to all of them once a day. Something he's working on is his drug problem. He and the band do have a tendency to get high, but Scott likes to do it whenever. He doesn't usually get drunk though. Along with being a flirt he's a bit of a ladies man. Well, a lot of a ladies man. Being famous, girls like to throw themselves at him. He usually has a few 'bed partners' at whatever hotel they're staying at. He doesn't have the same one ever so the band usually disregards it, or high fives him. It was like this, until he met Skylar. When he saw her, things were different. He didn't want to not see he again. He even asked her if she would be at their next concert, which was a state away. For some reason, she said yes, and he could feel a high he'd never felt before.
Brief Description
Scott stands at about 6' with a smaller build, he's mostly just skin, bones, and a bit of muscle. He has a soft jaw line, and his lips are a bit small but his eyes and hair distract you from this. He's pretty attractive, his hair a bit of a 'neat mess', and it falls anyway it wants to. He doesn't care much about his appearance, but then again, he has other people to do that for him. His eyes are a bright blue, with hints of lighter blue and barely some green. He has a tattoo going up the left side of his body that he got just before he went to college. He debates whether he regrets it or not, one thinking that it doesn't really mean anything, and two that he thinks it's 'totally awesome'. When it comes to what he wears, he throws on whatever he finds in his closet.

History
Scotty grew up with his father, after his mother left when he was seven. He wasn't affected much by this, she was somewhat high maintenance, and he never felt like he did anything right for her as a child. He later regretted that he wasn't close with her, but it was her fault for leaving. He often wondered where she'd run off to, and why. He didn't ask his father until his Junior year of high school. His father then explained the story, of how she tried to sweep the bank accounts, and pick up and leave. Luckily, they caught her, and he got the money back, but because he still loved her, he didn't press charges, and let her go. She was probably feeling embarrassed, he wasn't even looking at her.
Now for his father, this isn't a 'drunk dad is abusive' story. His father was a great man, and always looked for the best for his son. He was somewhat disappointed when he found that Russ was more interest in running than another sport, only because he didn't really know how to help train him for that. Nevertheless, he supported him in every way he could. Ever since his wife had left he'd been saving a college fund, but since Scott had gotten a scholarship as well, he was pretty set up in money.
Once he got to college with Riley, he met Drew and made the band.
