~Appearance~
Standing at 5'10", Christoph's physical appearance had never been much intimidating. Instead, he comes off as very warm and welcoming, with his brown, expressive eyes and curly, dark brown hair. It's always messy and tousled, giving off a very casual look, complimented by the clothes he wears. He prefers comfortable and loose clothing to pretty much anything, and his version of smart is a cardigan and a tie. He wears glasses, very unlike vampires, who mostly have perfect sight. They are thin and frame his face quite beautifully.

~Personality~
True to his appearance, Christoph is a very warm and kind person. He's always wanted to help people around him, and wants to nurture his relationships with everyone in the Coven and outside of it. Adamant about acceptance, Christoph isn't afraid of raising his voice for the causes he believes in. He'd never relied much on his physicality, him being shorter than average and less than perfect sight. However, he'd grown to be a great negotiator and very confident in expressing his opinion, even going to the extent of knowing how to manipulate others to do what he wanted. He is much too kind to take advantage of this fact, though. Despite his skill in dealing with people, Christoph has always been a little reclusive and introverted, and it shows with how little people actually know his middle name. He only lets his family members and closest friends call him Arne.

~History~
Born the second child in the Eklund coven, Christoph had to learn to deal with being overlooked. It was either the oldest's success, or the youngest's mischief that got everyone's attention. This fact never made him angry or resentful, though, and he simply chose to let the situation flow as it was. He'd hovered in the middle for a very long time, until he'd finally found what he'd been looking for his whole life up until that point.

He found that no one could overlook him when he was in the center of attention, and despite his introverted nature, Christoph had thoroughly enjoyed it. It was during an event that was happening in the local high school, Christoph having been only 16, when the speaker had suddenly called it off. Not thinking, Christoph took the role of the speaker, creating an impromptu speech that managed to entertain and impress the audience of students. After the first few sentences, the teachers had given up trying to stop him, instead starting to enjoy the witty speech Christoph made. It was then that he'd decided he wanted to express his opinion like this for the rest of his life, and it set the course for his career in journalism and public speaking.

Life was peaceful for Christoph, without many problems in his work and personal life. There is one thing Christoph has been striving towards, has been working for as long as he had a career in journalism, and that was rekindling the connection between vampires and werewolves. He firmly believes that they are two sides to the same coin, nurturing relationships with both his kin and werewolves alike. It is why he was devastated when he heard about the sudden death of the youngest Delacroix child, and is now trying to get his hands on the story as soon as he can. He doesn't want other journalists spinning tales about murder and pinning it to vampires-- not because of the reputation, but because it'll only widen the abyss that stands between vampires and werewolves.
