Kyle pushed his way through the crowd of highschoolers. As he walked into homeroom, he listened to the group of six girls whispering and giggling over how cute he was. Yeesh, it made him sick. They knew nothing about him, what he was, what he was capable of. The hair on the back of his neck stood up as Asher, the only other Underworlder in his homeroom walked in. A Vampire. And Kyle...he was a Lycanthrope. The two races were the High Races, yes, but that didn't stop them from hating each other. The two races were at each others' throats all the time. But for now, the two had to keep up human appearances. They had done well all year so far. And the two years before that. The two had always been civil to one another. Then, the human girl caught his eye. What was her name...? It escaped him. He was never good with names, especialy those of humans. All he knew was that this girl was...interesting, to say the least. She wasn't like the other girls that fawned over himself and Asher. Finaly, he nodded to the Vampire. "Asher." He said simply, and sat down.

Sydney sighed and rolled her eyes at the other girls, Really those boys stir up fantasies by just breathing. Her fingers slide through her short hair and noticed that the boys greet each other and she shook her head. "Is it legal for two such perfect creatures be in the same school?" she heard one of the girls whisper near her "Obviously, and its also legal to explode a toilet" she said spewing out random facts. Her eyes glazed over when the girl started lecturing her on her "Disdain" for the "Beauty" of the boys.

Asher sighed as he laid his head in the palm of his hand, his light blue hair spilling out over his equaly light blue eyes. He noticed Kyle as he nodded and sat down.'' Kyle.'' Asher said a almost unnoticable snarl hidden in his voice. Asher closed his eyes and ran his tounge over his fangs. He opened his eyes and looked at a clustered group of girls in the room causing them to make multiple different sounds. Asher just tried to hide a scoff, stupid humans and their rediculous crushes, he thought rolling his eyes.

Kyle couldn't hide the slight smile that spread over his face at the snarl only he could perceive that came from Asher's voice. He truly does hate us...with every fiber of his being. I can't say I blame him...after what Father did... A cloud passed over his eyes at the memory. His father had been in the wrong that day, no doubt in his mind. But Kyle had done nothing to stop his father, so he could see nothing wrong in Asher blaming him as much as his father for what had happened. Kyle's mind was brought back to reality as his phone beeped. He looked at the text message...or tried to. Oh, how he hated technology! Finaly, he got the message to show up.

HQ ~ Gunther

Kyle scowled at his phone even more. He'd need Asher's help? The demon must be powerful...the Leech wouldn't like having to work with him again. What was Gunther getting at? He shook his head, putting his phone back in his pocket. Besides their hatred for each other, the boys were bother registered Hunters of the Council. Meaning they tracked, captured, and terminated any rouge Underworlders who threatened to expose them all to humans. Which would only lead to one thing, mass hysteria, and then a frantic wipe-out of all Underworlders. It had happened once before, long ago. It was after that near-extinction experience that the council was put in place, to prevent it from happening again. They put in place the Hunters, Vampires and Lycanthropes who wished to protect their secret.

After class was over, Kyle stood at the doorway, and as asher walked past, he pulled the Vampire aside. Ignoring the warning growl the boy shot at him, Kyle pulled out his phone, showing him the message. "We have a job to do. And sadly, we may hate each other, but no one can deny that for some unknown reason, when it comes to team jobs, we work the best together, and the Council knows it. Let's just get this done and over with, and then you can go back to wanting to rip my thoat out all you want, okay?" He waited for Asher's reply, keeping an eye and an ear out for any eavesdropping humans.

((I figured Sydney could see them, and wonder what they're up to, follow them, and realize what they really are. Then, she confronts them. Up to you guys, I'm just giving a scenario.))


The Vampire walked through the hallways, late for her homeroom class, as usual. Oh, how she hated school. But, with her looking only 17, she didn't have a choice. And she had to admit, the amount of fresh, young, innocent blood was very alluring. She walked into her classroom, directly across the hall from where Asher and Kyle were. She wondered how long it would take to have both of the boys under her spell. She had only been at the school for a week, and already she had the majority of the guys triping over each other in an effort to get her attention.

Rin walked through the halls with a smirk on her face and eyes open for her next victim. This time she wanted a bit more of a challenge, humans were easy. All of the males at this school were always staring at her and following her around. She could easily lure any of them into a dark alley, bathroom, bedroom, anywhere really. Their dreams were also easy to invade. However, going after them through their dreams usually didn't kill them. Not being able to completely drain all the energy out of them wasn't as much fun.

As Rin was walking to class, she spotted two potential victims. Victims that could prove to be a challenge. A lycanthrope and a vampire. Unforantely this wasn't the right moment to work her magic on them, that'd have to wait until break. For now she'd go to her class that had started half an hour ago. She walked in the room soon after Scynthia. Rin highly respected Scynthia, she had only been there a week and yet just like Rin she was able to make all the guys turn their head to look at her. It was almost as impressive as Rin having them eating out of her hands, or more like her having her way with the guys, on her first day at school. If the two of them teamed up she could just tell that they could control the whole school. Maybe they could even take care of The Council together.

Rin got to her seat near the front of the class and sat down. The room had been silent when she and Scynthia had walked in. "You may continue class, I'm here now."

Sydney walked past them and heard what they were saying and it caught her attention. She stopped so she was out of hearing range but could still see him. A soft smirk played on her lips, following them would be fun. With her soft grace she made her self practical invisible by just standing acting like she was looking for someone. Once they left she was going to fallow them and find out what was going on, maybe they are gay lovers came a quick fleeting thought and it almost made her laugh.

Eliza, after finally pulling herself out of bed, stumbled through her new apartment. She had glanced at the clock. Early today, it's only 9:00. she thought to herself. She slipped into a pair of jeans, a random t-shirt, and a pair of new vans. Eliza had a man's taste when it came to shoes..and shirts. She made her way to the door, grabbing her black flat bill cap and a huge pair of sunglasses. She also had a special umbrella that stopped UV rays. She couldn't risk getting the sun on her, it would burn like hell. She took her time getting to the bus station, flirting with a couple cute girls as usual. The bell that dismissed classes rang a few minutes after Eliza arrived on campus. She didn't bother checking in, strolling into the building and to her locker. She caught sight of that new girl, Rin. God dammit! What I would do to get a piece of that. she thought. There was that girl Scynthia, too. It was obvious to her that they were not human. Both of them had a look of superiority over the human students. Eliza had also seen the two boys, Kyle and Asher, were having some odd arguement before taking off together. They disgusted her, thinking that living with humans is okay. It's not. They all were better than them. If anything, they should be the ones who must hide.
Eliza reached in her pocket, almost pulling out her lighter and cigarette pack. She forgot..you don't smoke at school. It's a bitch to not have that morning cigarette. Whatever, she'd just get one in at lunch. She saw Rin walking her way, walking in front of her to stop her. "Cut class with me. Unless, of course, you enjoy spending the next hour in some boring lecture." Eliza teased.

Rin stopped walking when she heard this, and turned around to look at Eliza. The offer was tempting, in fact it's what she had planned on doing in the first place, only by herself. Rin had heard some variation of these lectures over a hundred times anyways. She didn't even know how many times she's had to repeat high school just because of how she looked.

"Let's go," she said to Eliza, "I was planning on cutting anyways." Rins eyes scanned the hallway to see if she could find the boys from earlier. "Earlier I saw some guys that I'd like to have." A smirk appeared on her face, "They looked as if they may prove to be somewhat of a challenge."

"We have a job to do. And sadly, we may hate each other, but no one can deny that for some unknown reason, when it comes to team jobs, we work the best together, and the Council knows it. Let's just get this done and over with, and then you can go back to wanting to rip my thoat out all you want, okay?" Kyle said and Asher just sighed. ''Fine.'' he sighed in a reluctant voice.'' Lets just get this over with, Okay?'' He asked running a hand threw his hair and watching a girl ( Sydney) Walk past them and then stand off as if waiting for someone.He turned back to Klye and walked to the door.'' Come on, they did say ASAP. That means hurry your little mutt butt over there.'' he said jabbing a thub at the door before walking out.Asher did tend to become a Smart alic when he was angry, and what better way to take out his anger then on Kyle?

Kyle growled. "I'm not a mutt. Don't compare me to my lesser cousins." Kyle was refering to werewolves. Lycans were born they way the were, werewolves were once human. But then, he called Asher Leech all the time, and that wasn't right either. Vampires didn't need human blood to survive like Vehires did. He sighed, following Asher outside. "I say we corner him in one of the warehouses. That way no one will see me." He led the way, letting his nose lead them. He had to admit, being a Lycanthrope deffinately had its advantages sometimes. "There he is. Or...she is. Why is it always females who go balistic and want to kill us all?" He grinned as his eyes went an electric blue. "Let's dance." He grinned, his canines extending past his lower lip, hair growing longer and thicker, fingernails sharpening into claws. The demon bolted at the sight of them, jumpy. Kyle pounced after her, chasing her into the abandoned building on their imeadiate left. "Cut her off, Asher!" He snarled, not neccisarily from anger, but because he was changing. By the time Asher made his way into the warehouse, Kyle was a full blown Lycanthrope.


Scynthia flashed a smile at the teacher as she stood up and simply walked out, catching up with Rin and Eliza. She flashed a fanged grin at them both. "Don't think you two are leaving without me. "So...going hunting?"

"We wouldn't dream of leaving without you," Rin said with a smile, even though if she saw her prey and they weren't around she's still leave without them. They didn't need to know that though. "I think I just saw my prey leave," she said as Kyle and Asher left the school.

"Oooo." Eliza said mockingly. "Thinking about biting off more than you can chew?" She winked, just teasing. She then sighed, knowing that she'd have to go back outside. She hated going out during the day, but she loved a good hunt with some majorly hot chicks like Rin and Scynthia. "What the hell, at least it beats going to class." Eliza took out a jacket from her locker, slipping it on and putting the huge hood over her cap. "Gotta watch those nasty UV rays, ya know?" she said, mostly to herself. She was getting thirsty, even after her late night snack. She was ready to get out of this dump, craving a cigarette almost as much as the blood. "Hey," she said. "What about that little kitten I saw watching the two guys? Think she followed them? There's something about those dames that tastes so right." she said with a laugh.

"Thinking about biting off more than you can chew?"
Rin chuckled, "Well, hunting humans gets boring after awhile, but they are better then nothing." Rin then saw the girl that Eliza was refering to. She did look curious about the two guys. "I think there is a good chance that she's planning on following them. You want her don't you El?" Rin could see Eliza's thrist for blood in her eyes. "We can't have you going hungry." She then looked at Scynthia, "What about you? Who's your prey today?"

Sydney fallowed the boys quietly stying out of hearing rang and she kept hidden, When she saw one of them start to change and she didn't understand at first until suddenly there was a huge wolf like creature chasing something that didn't look quite human. "Shit..." she whispered and watched from a distance her eyes wide and her mouth site in a firm line of disbelief. She sighed and waited, they were SO going to explain this to her.

Zelonen

Zelonen was Hiding in the shadows as the two teens fought the demon. He was there to see if all the hype about them was true. He was impressed that they had corned it so quickly and even more impressed about where they had done so. There was only on loose end that would have to be taken care of after there battle was over. The human child who had seen Kyle's "true" form. Zelonen would have to show them what happens when they get seen. the only question was witch of the boys would he have kill the poor girl.


Asher

As Asher saw the daemon start to run he ran and jumped after it "Get over here dog breath. I can't hold it down forever." Asher said this while struggling to keep the daemon down and he would have bitten the daemon but didn't even dare find out what it tasted like. Plus he had left his scythe home so there was no way for him to hurt it.

Kyle growled, and ran his claw across the creature's torso, Asher leaping away in one direction and he leaping in the other. The demon howled in pain, and then grinned, her eyes connecting with Kyles', who at first didn't understand. His eyes widened as she threw five long needles at Asher. Not thinking, Kyle bolted to the Vampire and intercepted the projectiles. It was only then did he realize that he had fallen for her trap. The needles embedded in his arm began to burn, and he was forced back into human form. "Tch." He said through clenched teeth. "Silver...damnit..." He gripped his arm, hich had tunred a nasty shade of red. "Okay, time for plan B" He rached back and pulled out the one thing he hated to use. His .45. He fired one shot, and the demon fell, dead. After that, he began wrenching the needles out of his arm. It would take a while for silver to kill him, but that didn't mean it didn't hurt like a bitch.

Zelonen

Zelonen Whispered to himself "well that was an unexpected turn of events now wasn't it."

Asher

Asher smacked Kyle "WHAT THE HELL MAN. Why did you get in the way. I can protect my self I don't need a den mother." Asher began to walk out while saying "Especially not one that could live in a den." That's when Asher saw Sydney. He stood there frozen. "Oh shit."
