Lacking any bit of social skills, he is an unusually honest person who gets nervous when he doesn't know what to do, which ends up just having him do what he thinks is the best choice. Over the years of withstanding solitude, he has unintentionally created a cold exterior for himself, despite not being that at all. He is mostly quiet and reserved, though every now and then there will be someone who pisses him off or makes him uncomfortable. There are some good points about him though, when he has opened up to people, he is very friendly and loyal.

Yuuto is also what many would call a 'Tsundere', unable to be honest in front of someone he finds a liking to. Because it was apparent that he would never find love at this rate, his mother went and bought him one. After all, if he couldn't even talk to guys, what made anyone think girls would stand a better chance?
