Japan

Holly woke up early, staring blankly at the ceiling. She was recalling when she and her brother first came to Japan. It had been a few months since that day, but she remembered it clearly. They hadn't known how to speak very fluent Japanese so it had been hard to get around. But, eventually they figured it out and were able to find an apartment to live in together.

She realized she had spent too much time lost in her memories and quickly got up out of bed. She nudged William to wake up. "Wake up brother! It's Friday, so it's almost the weekend." she said to him before getting up off the bed mat that they slept on together. Since their apartment wasn't big enough to support two beds, they just shared one. Their apartment was very small to accomidate their salaries ( and the fact that neither of them ever had much time to clean). There was one large room with a cabinet, bookshelf, TV with a game system and a table with chairs. There was a small kitchenette and a bathroom of to the side.

Holly began her day by taking her school uniform and changing into it in the bathroom. She came out with her folded pajamas and put them onto one of the shelves in the large standing cabinet. She then proceeded to the kitchen to make them their lunches. Here in Japan the box lunches were called bentos. She looked up to the clock to see what time it was when she was done. 8:10 am, it said. They didn't have to be at school until 9:00 and the school was only a few blocks away. Although hers was a little farther since she didn't go to school with her brother.

Stephanie woke up at 8:15 am she crawled out of her queen size purple bed. She stood up and stretched before walking into her medium sized bathroom she washed her face and brushed her teeth. Then she went back in her room and took her school uniform out of her dresser and laid it on her bed. She took her towel off of the bathroom door and took a shower. When she got out she got dressed then curled her hair in the bathroom. She put her hair up in a curly ponytail then sat down at her make up table and did her makeup. By the time she finished getting ready for school it was 8:45 am she grabbed her over the shoulder white book bag and went down to the kitchen where the cook was making breakfast for the family. Stephanie made herself a plate of scramble eggs , bacon , and a piece of toast, she made a strawberry smoothie to go along with it then at quickly not wanting to be late for school. When she finished her food she put her bag over her shoulder and went to the room where her puppy Coco stayed. The puppy was still asleep so she choice not to wake up the sleeping dog and just left the house. When she got outside her driver who was also her aunt was waiting for her. She gave her aunt a hug then got in the jeep, her aunt drove her to the front of the school then after Stephanie got out pulled off. Stephanie leaned against a pole as she waited for Holly to get to school.
