Brief Written Description: Sam is relatively large, height wise. His body weight levels it out for for him. He has wide broad shoulders, muscled arms and legs, and narrow hips (sort of a wedged shaped body). His body is narrow from front to back rather than side to side and has a minimum amount of fat. Has long brunette hair, often varying from dark brown to golden brown, depending on lighting. Sam often parts his hair in the middle rather than no part at all, but sometimes he does style it that way. His skin is a medium color, and he tans very easily. His wolf form is a grey wolf. This is a desirable trait for him, as he is a Sentinel.

- Strongly dislikes the sound of chewing and hums a quiet song while eating.
- Writes with left hand, but does everything else right handed.
- When stressed or lying, he speaks out of the corner of his mouth.
Likes
- Rainstorms - He finds them relaxing and often falls asleep while listening to them.
- Cuddling - Oddly, this "Macho Man" has a thing for holding his loved one close in his arms while watching a movie or to just pass time.
- Fixing Things - Enough with the girly stuff. Wether it's a car or a leaky faucet, he loves to fix things… You can probably guess what his favorite tv show as a toddler was.
- Thai Food - It burns your ass, but surprisingly not his.
- The Bass - When the beat drops, his adrenaline rises. He loves to make silly dances to them… In private, of course.
- The Cold - He's a freezing-cold-enthusiast when it comes to the cold. When the snow comes, he gets very excited.
Dislikes
- Cherry Coke - Really? You've taken a really good thing, and put cherry juice in it, and now it's ruined. Thanks.
- Fishy Smells - It's nasty, the smell of freshly grown trout in the morning… ew.
- Actually Being in the Rain - Well, when it rains it pours. Who likes getting soaked when you're in your clothes anyway?
- Changing - It's really awkward when you change back into a human and you have no clothes on, okay?!
- Mangos - He's actually allergic! He was very surprised when he found out. He doesn't prefer going to tropical restaurants, either.
- Cats - Typical, but what else did you expect.
Dreams
- Believe it or not, Sam wanted to go and join the Military and be a Military Lawyer, or be a Air Force pilot (Tom Cruise was his hero as a little kid) when he was a kid, and partially when he was a teenager, but knowing that he was a werewolf held him back. Sam loved his family, and the pack even more. So, he stopped his dreams of wanting to be in the Military/Air Force and decidied to stay with the pack, but there was always a sliver of regret eating at him…
Fears
- Sam has a fear of abandonment, mostly because of his father leaving him and his mother and his sibling(s) all alone. He always thinks when someone walks away from him, Are you going to come back? But he has learned about loss, mostly because of his girlfriends in high school, although those are petty losses. The losses he's sitting on edge for are death and leaving for good.
- Sam also has a fear of dentists, otherwise known as dentophobia. He doesn't like how somebody with a mask on comes down at you with a mirror and a sharp stick thing while you're restrained in a chair. That sounds a little like a horror movie with no happy ending.
Strengths
- Perspective - He's able to provide wise knowledge to others and has ways of looking at the world that make sense to himself and to other people.
- Bravery - Sam has this strength of courage, bravery. He does not shrink from threat, challenge, difficulty, or pain. He acts on convictions, even if he's seen as unpopular.
- Humility - He let's his accomplishments speak for themselves and doesn't see himself as someone special.
Weaknesses
- Close-minded - He is very narrow minded, and only sets his sights on something he's already thought about. When somebody suggests something that he hasn't thought about already, he's very, very hesitant at first, but agrees to it when there's nothing else to choose.
- Overly Critical of Self - He's very quick to judge himself, but most people don't see him do this publicly. When ever he does something wrong though, he kind of presses his lips together and makes these puppy dog eyes that just make you swoon, even tough he's a 6'4" giant.
- Can't Explain - He can't explain things very well, he gets jumbled up and starts to make up words to help. Ex: "What happened last night?" "Well this thingy happened and people did this dancy thing and boomy thing and well… I broke your favorite vase!"

Sam has five important traits. Let's start off with the first one; Brave. Yes, Sam is very brave. He stands up for others and is self sacrificial. Of course there are consequences. He tries to save those he cares about, and it often gets him hurt, almost near to death. His insightfulness is another thing. He has a deep understanding of things, so when you get in trouble and you need him to get you out of it, it's Sam Quincy to the rescue. It doesn't matter what situation you're in, he doesn't ask questions and that's a good thing. That's what makes him so humble. He doesn't think of himself as much as the average werewolf does, and tends to put people before himself. Also, he's open. Have you ever heard that expression, "I'm an open book"? That's true about him. He makes it easier for you to relate to him by telling you past experiences of his and saying you're not alone. Sappy, but true. That could get him in trouble, for if he is too open he is too vulnerable. He's also realistic about things. He doesn't over exaggerate and make a big deal out of things. If you over exaggerate, he gives you a funny look and says, "Oh really?" But then continues to listen.

History
Sam Qunicy was born in San Antonio, Texas on May 2nd, 1993 in a small one story house. His mother, Emilia Qunicy, and his father, John Quincy, were in a pack there, but things change and so do alliances, so they moved to the north, just around Oregon. Emilia liked that. Emilia liked being up north. She felt safer. John, however, was a douchebag about it and said he didn't want to be like that anymore. Without a pack, he felt lonely. So lonely that it eventually made him sick. So, Sam's dad packed his bags and gave him a choice; Come with him or stay with his mother. Sam was only eleven, and he was apalled that his father was leaving them to be with a pack that he didn't even know. Sam yelled and screamed, but it didn't change his father's mind. Sam chose his mother, who was his only family at this point, because his dad wasn't his dad. He was a monster. After Sam's father left, Emilia fell ill. She was… dun dun DUN!… Love sick. Well, actually, it was cancer. While she was fighting this battle, Sam got various letters from his dad… He was a pack leader in Austin, Texas. He wrote to Sam of how he was proud he got good grades. Sam usually tore them up and put them in the garbage can or burned them. Finally, John wrote to Sam about the new person in his life; A woman named Heather who was in his pack. They were getting married. Sam was outraged. He was seventeen, and he understood now. He had enough of his father, his fiancee, and their pup that was due. He wrote back, telling his father to leave him alone, to stop getting in his business, and to never write back to him ever again. Two weeks later, his mother died. After the funeral, Sam packed his bags and went on a very long trip.
Sam went on what hippies would call a spiritual hike. But to Sam, he found it… relaxing. He wasn't looking for anything, he wasn't trying to "find himself" or have a "One-on-one with God" time or whatever. He had packed everything that he needed, which was everything he had. The only thing abnormal that he had was a picture of his mom at her final breath and him and his mom on their front patio. Anyway, Sam found all this "nature stuff" fun and stress relieving. Alpine Lakes, Oregon Badlands… Almost every hike, climb, and whatever else you can think of, he did it. One adventure that he never forgot was the one in the Kelso Dunes. For Sam, it was a massive sense of accomplishment. After that he went straight to Colorado, to climb the notorious rockies. It was a full moon when he stumbled upon Moonglade. Something felt familiar… so he turned and patrolled the outskirts of the town. Definately a pack lived in the town. So… He went to go introduce himself. Sam then became apart of the Mollohan pack, becoming a Sentinel. He is also sire to the Delta.
