Background: Mamoru was born into an average family and was sent away to boarding school at a very young age. After he graduated, he enrolled in Gatokura's police academy's. He's now a member of an elite police squad of Gatokura. They are usually one of the first on the scene of a crime, or any other situation in which they are called.
