Appearance: Ryuto is tall and thin, and appears to be quite good looking. His hair is long and black and is typically tied back in some fashion. His emotions are easily seen on his face, as he has an incredibly difficult time hiding them. His eyes are dark and show signs of his killing intent, similar to that of his master, the President, Skyler. He also seems to keep a lot of secrets, which might be why he is never really known to open up to anyone around him.

Fighting Style: Ryuto’s style is known as ‘Tetsu Ryū no Tsume’ (Iron Dragon’s Talons) is a technique Ryuto began learning from a master when he was but a child. Despite this, however, he had no natural talent in martial arts and had to work from zero to obtain even slight skill. He was, however, incredibly determined to become stronger. He is capable of fighting in a manner akin to street-fighting when not equipped with his weapon, but he chooses not to. The majority of his attacks rely heavily on physical damage and not speed. This is one of the major draw-backs of his fighting style. However, with his power, it doesn’t take many hits to severely injure an opponent.

Techniques: Dragon’s Skin: An odd ability that allows Ryuto to harness his energy to make himself almost impervious to physical attacks. This however, requires him to not overstress himself. Therefore, while using this technique, he is limited in the amount and type of attacks he can use. He can also activate this ability on certain parts of his body individually, allowing him to increase his physical power and destructiveness.

Dragon’s Slash: This technique incorporates a massive overhead swing, using his metallic tonfa to literally crush his opponents. This strike is powerful enough to smash concrete into dust upon contact, and is highly dangerous to be hit with.

Dragon’s Tail: Ryuto performs a swinging motion with his two tonfa, slamming them into anything within radius. This crushing blow is easily capable of breaking bone, and is a favorite in clearing away groups of enemies.

Breath of the Dragon: An odd sort of move, that causes the metallic tonfa Ryuto use to heat up due to the friction caused between them and their targets. As Ryuuto continues to fight, they get warmer and warmer until it is almost impossible to touch them without being burned quite severely. Oddly this technique causes no harm to Ryuto himself, as he seems completely impervious to it.

Complete Destruction: This is Ryuto’s sure-kill move. Drawing his tonfa close to him, he draws his opponent in by leaving his guard down. When they take the bait and attack him, he quickly stops their movements by either beating them into paralysis or holding them still. After which, he unleashes an relentless barrage of strikes from his tonfa, almost as if he is punching his enemies. This has been known to kill upon the fourth hit, as not many people have lasted longer than this.

History: Ryuto’s history isn’t very well known, as most the people who recognize him have either been too afraid to bring the truth to light or have been killed. However, despite this, it seems that Ryuto was once a member of being a former member of the gang ‘Nikushimi no Seichō’, a gang well known for ruling over their middle school before unfitting caused a rift between the members and the gang was disbanded.

Aside from this, Ryuto does seem to have some relation to Seiji Takashi. Ryuto holds a grudge, for some reason or another, and insists on getting revenge. He also seems to be one of a select few to recognize Seiji’s ‘Destruct Mode’ where Seiji bursts into a fury of anger. It is unknown currently how Ryuto knows Seiji and how he came to be aware that Seiji has a violent side, but this will be revealed later…

Items: Ryuto, being a loyal delinquent, carries the banner of his old gang upon his back in the form of a patch. Aside from this, he isn’t known to carry anything in particular.

Weapons: Ryuto has revealed that his main weapon is a set of tonfa created from the same high-class metal alloy as Seiji’s umbrella.
