She speaks her mind quite often and always puts up a strong front, never showing any fear. She grew up in a orphanage so she has always been protective over her things and can quickly turn on people when they do something wrong to her.She can be quite aggressive and rises to arguments with violence quickly. She also struggles trusting new people especially humans. Zera is also very much a tomboy and pretty much always has been. Also, she doesn't like people touching her as she worries she might give them a electric shock.
History
When she was very young both her parents died in a house fire, luckily she was saved however she does have scars on her neck, arms and chest. She grew up in a orphanage all her early life not making friends very easily. She was very lonely and if she ever did hang out with people it was with boys, not fitting in with girls. By the time she was 12 she was determined to join the army as a ranger when she was older. Getting a small job as a cleaner in a rich families house, she saved up to buy a crossbow and a bow and arrow, the same ones she uses today. She practiced all the time and eventually became pretty good at it.
When she was 14 she was adopted by Dr Joesph Clifford and he started doing the tests on her. She ended up with eagle sight which is part of the reason she is a very good ranger, as well as a Gecko's ability to climb and stick on walls, a electric eel allowing her to generate electricity and lastly a chameleon to blend in to the surrounding environment.
When the humans took them captive, they tried many experiments on Zera. First when questioning her they held her in a pool of water and sent currents through it until she'd give them information about how the DNA switching was done. After this they wondered if because of her electric eel abilities she's become immune to electricity. They tested this for a long time however they only managed to get this to work for low volatages. This is why she is so scared of being immersed in water, scared of fire and has night terrors as well as flashbacks.
