Scarny walked down stairs and into the kitchen. "Morning Daddy." She kissed his forehead then started on breakfast. Since as long as she could cook she cooked for the family. He mamma died when she was just a babe so she was the only girl in a house with two boys. You can imagine she was tough but has some pretty good looks. After breakfast she went out to the barn. It was a Saturday so no school today. Today there would be a barn party tonight. She went back to her room real quick so she could call her friends. Her best friend but then again biggest competitor was the preachers daughter. She was called last of course. She didn't ask he dad yet but shes a daddy's girl so he would say yes. She waited for her best friend to answer the phone.

Trin looked in her full length mirror, once again making sure that her tattoos were covered from her dad's watchful eye. She would have liked to sleep in much, much later on a Saturday, but her father was always making sure that she woke up at a good, 'healthy' time. She slowly made her way downstairs, cell phone in hand, texting a guy who had been chasing her for about a week. "That phone's no good for you, sweety." Trin looked up to see her father, the preacher, sitting at the kitchen table with his coffee. Trin shook her head and replied sarcastically, "Mornin' to ya too, Daddy." She poured herself a small cup of coffee, gulped it down black and leaned against the counter.

Trin sighed once, looked back at her dad and then went to the pantry, taking out her dog's leather, braided leash out. Trin gave a sharp, high pitched whistle that always made her dad cringe, and the large German Shepard came bounding down the stairs loudly to stand excitedly at her feet. "C'mon Jinxy, time for yer walk." Trin chuckled as Jinx gave a small yip of enthusiasm. She had hooked the braided leash onto his collar when from behind her, her father spoke up, "What is that on your hip, Trinity?" Trin was almost surprised and quickly stood upright, her shirt falling back into place to cover her tattoos. She quickly turned to walk out the back door, keeping up her act up as she had so many times before. "It ain't nothin' Daddy." Trin and Jinx were already out the door when her father gave a loud sigh and called out once more, "And clean up that grammar of yours. We didn't raise you to speak with that accent." However, by the time the word 'accent' was out of his mouth, Trin was already halfway into the forest behind her house. She sighed heavily once the small house was out of view and relaxed, unhooking Jinx from his leash. Suddenly her phone began to vibrate in her pocket. As Jinx stopped to sniff something, Trin took out her phone and looked to see it was Scarny, her best friend, calling her. She quickly answered, gave a small, unintentional yawn, and then spoke into the phone. "Mornin' Scarn."

"Mornin' Trin. So I am going to convince Daddy to let me have a party tonight and I invited a lot of people and need you to get your half. Also don't forget to grab any of them city folk if they are in town." She heard foot steps and muttered a goodbye before she could answer and hung up. Her dad walked into the room. "Hi, Daddy!" She smiled her heart melting smile. "Hi Scarny. What did I hear about city folk?" He asked her curious. The city boys where always trying to get in her pants.(er should I say shorts?) "Oh nothing I was just tell Trin that she needs to make sure not to let them city folk hear about the party tonight." She smiled at her dad and batted her lashes. Her dad sighed and rubbed his temples. "Scarny you have thrown a party every Saturday night since I can remember. Don't you think you need to give it a break?" She asked her hoping that she would go along because he knew the city folk would be there and her brother even being protective would want to have to watch her again. "But Daddy!" She began to whine and he caved. She smiled and gave him a kiss before grabbing her supplies and running from the room. "Love you, Daddy." Her father sighed and left the room. He went to his sons door and practicably banged it down. Not out of anger to him but frustration of his daughter. "Lucas get up we need to talk!" He said as he does every Saturday morning.

Kennith slowly sits up on the weight bench after doing 200 sets of 3 and looks around at everyone else in the workout room in the hotel. He didn't know any of them and he didn't even know if his friends were out of bed yet and he has been working out for about a hour none stop now. He slowly stands popping his neck thinking back to the night before hearing about some kind of party tonight. He wanted to go thinking he could find someone to have a one night stand with tonight in this small town. But he only heard someone talking about it in passing and he didn't know where it was or what time it was. He slowly stands pulling off his shirt putting it on his shoulders. He walks to the lobby of the hotel. He smiles seeing that there is still food out and he grabs a few things sitting down and starts to eat.

liam awoke to the same noise aa every other day, 'bleep, bleep, bleep', and he reacted the same way each moring, he flung his arm to his side thorwing the clock to the ground. But like very other day he was going to get up in 10 minutes. After Liam got up he picked up the clock and placed it back onto the bedside table and checked the time. Ten past six, he yawned and stood up before he walked into the bathroom and splashed a load of cold water over his face. he wiped the water off before getting clothes out of the cubord, his faverote grey t-shirt and black jeans along with his old black trench coat. he jumped into the shower and then washed up. After his shower he got dressed and packed his work bag, and placed it at the door, before heading towards the small kitchen space where he finished off the bread and butter for a quick breakfast. After liam fished he washed up and threw over his trench coat, and locked up all the windows and doors, making sure everything was tidy while he was away. He soon finished and picked up his bag and left the apartment, where he was greeted the same way each morning by his neighbours, where he would give a freindly wave back. Scarny went to the barn and gave out a loud whistle. A dog came running from a stall and jumped in her arms. The dog was a doberman pincher with a dash of wolf in him. Soon after a horse came barraling through the other side of the barn. He halted to a stop digging his hoobes into the ground right infront of her. He whinnied shaking his head before nudging her. She gave him a good rub on the nose before mounting him. She never used a sattle anymore. She kicked the horse gently in the side and he was off again. The dog was just at there heels trying to keep up as they rushed into town. She stopped at the community bulliton to post her party. She stopped to look at a ceartin flyer. It was a notice for everyone to keep city folk away from her. Angry she tore them down. She walked away and got back on the horse. Its not like it was an old town type just she was partly old town type. She tied her horse out front and commanded her dog, Clove, to stay. She walked into the dinner and put on her uniform.

Kennith tries the food that the hotel has and almost throws up after the first bite. "What the hell is this," He said to the person behind the counter. He stands and walks out of the hotel fast,"I gotta find something better to eat around here. That was so bad" He walks down the road a bit everyone he passed giving him a bad look. He still only had his shirt on his shoulders and he thought that is why but he didn't know that it was because he was from the city and everyone know it. He smiles as he sees a nice little dinner with a dog and horse in front of it. "That's a little bit off I think its like its the old west," He says softly smiling to himself. He slowly pushes the door of the dinner open walking inside and sits down at one of the tables looking around for someone to take is order.

Scarny watched someone walk in the dinner. Not her regular customer but a customer. She walked over pad and pen in hand. "What can I get ya?" She asked ehr southern accent strong. She looked him over and could tell easily that he was from the city. She thought she might invite him tot he party to make her father mad. How to go at it though? She thought while she waited fro him to order. She decided after she brought over his order she would ask him. Maybe he has some city friends that he can bring along. Then she smiled thinking how if Trin was here right now she would be all over him.

Naomi woke up in her hotel room with a smile on her face. She slowly stretched her arms over her head before sitting up and letting out a content yawn. It sure did feel good to be out in the country. She stood up and opened up her window as she went to get ready. She went into her bathroom and had quick, hot shower, and after she stepped out, she toweled herself off and then wrapped herself in the towel and went to go pick her outfit. She opened up her suitcase and rifled through her clothes, grabbing her favorite pair of black spray on pants, and decided to match it with a white tank top and brown leather jacket she had. She threw on her clothes quickly, then went to brush her teeth, hair, and do her makeup. After her teeth were clean and her hair was thoroughly brushes, and she had put on a modest amount of makeup, she got her cellphone and exited her hotel room.
As she went down the stairs, she texted her coworker Liam, [I]Hey, if you're up yet, do you want to meet for breakfast?/I] She discredit would be nicely have someone to eat with in this unfamiliar town, and even though she was good friends with both her coworkers who came along, something about Kennith always made her a little uncomfortable.

As Liam aprroched where he was going to stay for the next few days, he slowed down the bike to try not to disturb to locals, who some he knew some had moved in when he left. Though where he was staying was'nt a hotel of huge standerd but he knew the place really well, it was a small family that rented the house out to people who were passing through the town. He parked his bike and rang the bell of the house. As the door opend he gave a kind smile to the old lady who stood in the doorway , "Liam, oh it's good to see you, how long has it been, 6 -7" "it's been ten years, sandra" Liam finished her sentence, "woh that long huh, look at you,, your uncle would be so.." she was cut off midsentence by Laim asking quickly to change the subject "so can i rent the house for a couple of days sandra". "oh year sure," she replied knowing he was still uncomfatble about the subject. "um i'll leave my stuff here, i need to visit something before i start work," he told her as he placed his bags just inside of the door before walking down the long road. He ended at an old farm that seemed to have been left for nearly 5 years, Liam looked at the sign standing next to him, 'Brooks farm'. He hopped over the fence and suddenly got a text, 'Hey, if your up yet, do you want to meet for breakfast?' it was from naomi, one his coworkers, who arrivied a day before he did. He took a look at the farm and sighed as he punche din the words, 'Sure i'll meet you at the dinner in 10' and hit the send button, before regretfully turning from the farm and walking back into town.

Kennith slowly looked up at the girl that was standing before him with pad and pen in hand waiting for him to order. She was pretty little country girl. He softly smiled at her. He slowly said to her, "I would love five eggs over easy with some grits with cheese in them and a glass of milk. "He smiles once more at her thinking to himself how hot she was and that he wouldn't mind having one night with her. He looks down smiling at this thought but he knew that it wasn't wroth the country father and most likely brother trying to eather kill him or make him marry her like he has heard that happens in the country. He slowly pulls out his phone and texts his friends 'Hey where you at I'm at the dinner close to the hotel. Anything going on in this town you know about?' He closes his phone putting it on the table.

Trin smiled and placed her phone back in her pocket before giving another sharp whistle as she turned left, disappearing into the trees. Jinx came running up behind her and then slowed down to walk protectively in front of her. As they neared the road, Trin clicked her tongue at Jinx and he reluctantly fell back to walk next to her. With that, Trin started off down the street toward the diner Scarny worked at. She decided that she'd go see her best friend before heading out to find people for the party her dad didn't know about. Trin stopped at the door and swung it open. Jinx stepped inside first and Trin followed. She saw Scarny taking a man's order and laughed. "Howdy, y'all," Trin said, mocking the girl's Southern accent as she sat on a stool at the counter and turned to face Scarny. However, Trin couldn't mock her too much, since living in Boston for quite a while gave Trin a heavy accent as well. "Ya ready to pa'ty, Sca'ny?" she said across the diner. Jinx sat on the floor next to her and Trin scratched his neck. "'Ey, Sca'ny, 'ow 'bout some iced tea for ya best friend, eh?"

As Liam drew close to the dinner he saw a young girl walk into the dinner, he could hear her shouting somthing about a party, 'people really have changed, this was a quiet place when i was last here' he thourght to himself before he slowly waited by the door of dinner for Naomi to arrive. As he stood by the door he watched as people walked from side to side along the road, the place had never really been a very popular place among outsides, or city people. He caught sight of Naomi as she walked up to the dinner, "hey" Liam shouted in a kind voice, as Naomi stopped next to leon she gave him the same smile she always gave him, as liam opened the door, Naomi walked in with Liam not far behind, "comon theres a seat over here thats always free" Liam told her as he pulled her by her hand gently. As they scanned the menu's Liam noticed somone he thourght he knew, she was a livly young girl with a strong accent, she has oviously lived here her whole life. "Their nice in this part of town, i used to come here with my dad, they do the best fry up's ever" Liam fell silent as he remembered who he just spoke about. "so Naomi, what are you after?" He asked in a warming voice.

Scarny laughed at her friend. "You know my place get all the good ones early . Round five I'd say."She She smiled then wrote down the mnans order. She found her perfect oppratunity when she saw his text to a friend. "You know you should come down to my place every saturday night I hold a partyyy. Daddy dosnt know how to say no so everything goes. She walked off laughing to take another order real quick. She walked to a table with a giy and girl. She reconized the guy and couldnt help but smile more. "Liam is that you? Liam my elementry school crush? Liam that always came with his daddy?"She She was laughing her genuine laugh that you only saw once in a while. "Its me Scarny! What can I get the bravest boy in town?"SheShe winked remembering the night he was the only boy that would go into the "haunted" house up on the hill.

Lucas was deep asleep as to he was not the type of guy to wake up early when he didn't have to which didn't happen very much because his father always made him deal with Scarny his little sister because he didn't have the balls to tell her no, so in a way Lucas was more of the father figure that twenty questioned all the guys that came to the house and threatened them if they ever hurt her and all the fatherly stuff fathers do. Lucas actually liked scaring all the boys away for two reasons the looks on their face were priceless and secondly it bothered Scarny and if he wasn't making Scarny miserable then he wasn't doing his hob as a big brother. Lucas threw his arms above his head to stretch and rolled over to get out of bed, he put his feet on the floor and rubbed his eyes before he stood up adjusted his sweatpants that sat loosely at his waist. Lucas got up from the bed and tiredly walked to the door and opened holding a finger up keeping his father from saying anything.

Scarny,party,boys, typical saturday got it.

Lucas said and shut the door without letting his father say anything, not that he needed to Lucas did this every saturday. He walked into his bathroom and took a shower then brushed his teeth fixed his hair and got dressed in a long sleeved black,red& white plaid button up shirt he only buttoned up half way, threw on a pair of jeans with a couple holes in them grabbed his boots and cowboy hat and situated it on his head just right. Lucas took one look in the mirror to check that everything was in place the grabbed his phone and keys off his dresser and walked out of his room and down stairs.

Lucas said as he walked out of the house shutting the door behind him. Now Lucas wasn't the truck type of guy he loved his horses and his mustang (car). He assumed it was called a mustang so he could say it was one of his horses. Lucas got in the car and headed down to the dinner where his little sister worked knowing Trin would be there trying to plan out the whole night for everyone, being the preachers daughter Trin was a awful free spirit. Lucas pulled up to the dinner and parked next to Scarnys horse and their dog. Lucas got out the car and opened the passenger side door and whistled for their dog so he knew he could get in before he shut the door. As Lucas walked in the Dinner he say the normal bunch of people mixed in with a few city folk and then some shirtless guy that must of thought he was to good to listen to the rules. Lucas turned around and grabbed the sigh that said No shirt no shoes no service. off the door and walked over to the table the shirtless guy was sitting at.

They do teach you city folk how to read right?

Lucas said as he put the sign from the door on the table in front of the guy and walked away to find his sister, as he found Scarny he walked past Trin and stopped for a brief second.

He said as he walked up behind Scarny and tapped her on the shoulder and then leend back against a half wall with his arms crossed.

Lucas said in a snide sarcastic tone, knowing she knew exactly why he was at the dinner.

Kennith slowly smiled at the girl as she says something about the very same party that he heard of in passing. 'Whats the odds,' he thinks to himself. Taking another look at her as she walks away then to her friend sitting not to far from him. He smiles at the girl's friend as he hears Liam's name. But before he could do anything a man walks up and is not so nice to him slamming a sign onto the table then just walks away. He slowly put on his shirt looking at the man as he gets up thinking to himself 'I really don't want to hurt anyone today.' He slowly walks over to where Liam and Naomi sitting, on the other side of the room. "Liam Naomi hello I didn't even know you two were here. Why didn't you say a word to me." As he talked he felt his gaze moving back the the girls friend he still didn't know her name but he know one thing she was very beautiful. He looked back to his friends. "Liam you know this wanderful girl? And you never even told me I think we should go to the party she is having. We can start on work some other time." He smiled at them as he spoke.

Scarny pushed her brother away. She gave her a harder harsher tone then everyone else. "Lucas I am at work leave me alone you are not my babysitter. Your my brother. So what can I get yall?"She She asked with a smile to the city folk. When the guy from the other table walked over and mentioned her she gave a giggle. "You guys should come. Nothings more exciting then city folk at a hoe down."She giggled. She glared at Lucas at what he would proably say. "Hey Trin come meet these here city folk theys comming to the party tonight. The part Lucas isnt going to stop.

Naomi was just about to answer to Liam when the waitress walked up to them and started talking excitedly to Liam, apparently they had known each other at one point.
"Oh, you guys are old friends? Small world, huh?" she smiled a bit and as the waitress continued to chatter away, Kennith came up to them. "Oh, hey there Kennith, that's funny, I actually didn't see you in here either, but we did just get here. You're free to join us if you want." she smiled up at him a little bit, but couldn't help but roll her eyes as he just launched into conversation about yet another girl who he had just taken an interest in, who also happened to be the waitress that was standing right there. Typical Kennith. However, she was vaguely interested when he mentioned a party, after all, she was raised in a small town like this and during high school she came to learn that these folks really knew how to have a good time. "Yeah sure, why not? It'd be nice to enjoy at least ONE day of this trip, and also meet some new people. Yeah, I'm up for it." she nodded and smiled. She then glanced around at some other people eating in the diner, and just then, a fellow around her age came up behind the waitress and started talking to her, not sounding particularly happy. She could tell they knew each other quite well by the way they talked, she guessed maybe they were siblings as she could see some resemblance, and their sarcasm towards each other was also a good indicator. The waitress also began to talk about the party, and she smiled and nodded, looking interested, "Wow, it seems like everyone in town knows about it, how many people are going to be there?" she asked, glancing over at the boy who wasn't looking very happy as they talked about it.

Lucas rolled his eyes and laughed at his sister,

"Maybe if you weren't always giving dad a hard time i wouldn't have to babysit you plus you know you'd miss it if I just started ignoring you weather you want to admit it or not you would miss it."

Lucas looked at the guy who was shirtless but got the message he was trying to convey.

"Ooo so they do teach you how to read in the city, good good glad you got my message. Now hopefully if you show up to this party tonight you will remember to wear a shirt then also city boy, but who knows the city life I've heard is crazy and yall thinking bout millions of things apparently discipline isn't one of them or are you just a special case muscles?"

Lucas said speaking straight muscle head. He looked at his sister then to Trin and back to his sister.

I don't know any of the details ma'm so you would have to ask these two trouble makers right here about the party, and I don't care if you have a party or not it's whatever as long as you don't get in trouble, muscles over here wears clothes and lastly this lovely lady shows up as well.

Lucas said pointing one finger at Scarn and the other at Trin and then putting his hand on his hat and titling it in the city girls direction. (naomi)

Anyway Scarn I'm going back home to tell dad the usual story about me talking to you and you crying and begging so see you later. Trins be good now god is watching.

Lucas said with a laugh just messing with her, he always gave Trins a hard time but it was only because she was like a little sister to him. Lucas started to walk away and then stopped and turned around.

It was nice meeting you city gal, may I have your name or would you prefer me to refer to you as city gal? I'm sure from my sisters whinning you heard my names Lucas.

He said with a sly smile as he awaited her response.

Kennith was Happy and smiling until the man that was named Lucas called him Muscles. He hated people making even the most little bit of fun at him. He stopped what he was saying the smile left his face and he stood up taller. He looked at Lucas and then to his friends and then to the other girls. He wasn't going o be put down in front of this two beautiful girls. He popped his neck getting into Lucas' face. Why don't you just back off friend and leave me be I really don't know what your problem is with me but we aren't friends and I'm not letting someone that I don't know talk to me like that."He says "Oh yea and I'll go to this party how ever I please." He slowly backs up walking back the his table sitting down. He slowly calms down thinking to himself' great now there is no way I will be able to go to the party and get to know those two.'

The tougher and tougher the muscle head tries to be just makes Lucas want to laugh but he just grins and smiles at the guy in no way scared of this guy.

Are all city folk this disrespectful and aggressive or just the ones on the roids?

Lucas asks the other two city folk sitting at the table in front of him. He turns to walk out of the dinner but stops at the muscle heads table and puts a hand on the guys shoulder.

I will not back off simply because your a tool from the city who thinks he's hot shit when your not and also the girl you keep undressing with your eyes is my little sister and her best friend over there is like a little sister to me, so when I say lay off you best lay off ok? ok good talk remember show up with a shirt or be kicked off my property. Good talk.

Lucas says as he pats the guys shoulder and walks towards the door of the dinner.

Lucas waves and then exits the dinner and gets in his car and goes back to the house and back to bed.

Naomi was rather taken aback when Lucas turned to talk to her and asked her name, in fact, it even took her a few moments to be sure he was talking to her. She flashed a dazzling smile but before she got to give him her name, Kennith went up to confront the guy. She sighed, wondering why Kennith always had to take things so personally... he could never just let something be, literally never. Naomi watched him return to his own table, a small frown creasing her delicate features. It was so hard to understand what Kennith was thinking, she just couldn't figure him out, and it frustrated her a little bit.
"Are all city folk this disrespectful and aggressive or just the ones on the roids?" asked the boy who had just been talking to her. Naomi laughed a bit, "I wouldn't say all of them are like that, not even close. Then again, I'm not as much of a city girl as you think, I do happen to have some country blood in me. Oh, and by the way, my name's Naomi, and it's nice to meet you too Lucas." she showed another charming smile and nodded to him before he walked over to Kennith's table again. After he talked to them one last time, he left the diner, and Naomi raised her hand in a slight wave as he walked out the door.
Wow, so much drama and she hadn't even been out of the hotel for ten minutes yet. She raised her eyebrows, guessing that at this rate, it was sure to be an eventful, and memorable trip. All of a sudden she remembered the menu in front of her and she peered down at it, realizing she wasn't even all that hungry.

As liam looked closer he recognised her "scarny it is you, Scarny from the farm next door, well you've certainly changed since i last saw you", Liam gave her a very genuine smile. Liam was always a very mature person, i guess it made sence when you lived with your uncle on a farm for 7 years of your life, hearing nothing but bad thing about your father. Liam's father was a worse version of Kennith, so Liam never knew his mother. Scarny was the only person in the world who could ever get the child out of Liam. Naomi questioned that he knew her, "yeah i grew up on the farm next door to scarny's but when my dad came he we satyed for another 3 years then we left to the city". he quickly refocused his attention to Scarny "oh by the way hows your dad doing?" before he could get a reply lucas had walked in behind scarny, 'lucas he was always trying to keep scarny from Liam just because his dad was from the city.' afterwards kennith walked over he seemed to be surprised they were all here, "kennith you too", "Liam you know this wanderful girl? And you never even told me I think we should go to the party she is having. We can start on work some other time." he asked liam in a very boyish attitude, " Sorry this is Scarny Pretige and her freind over there is Trin Loche, and i did'nt tell you about either of them, because if you knew about them, we both know you'd have come back in a box and gone six feet under" he replied in a playfull attitude, Lucas was still rambelling on about breaking up some party. When Lucas left, Liam gave a sigh and turned to Scarny, Um about this party i'll come but i might be a little late, i want to check out the old farm, i mean i havent seen it for ten years" he told her in a calm voice before picking up the menu again, "i'll just have the old fry ups" he asked her giving her his old smile.

Scarny smiled at Liam. She could help but lose the smile when he mentioned the past. She hated losingg her best friend at such a young age. It did help her though. When Liam lived here she was the nerdy shy tupe. After he left she had become the stereotypical farmers daughter. She took his order and returned to the kitchen to place it. She sat behind the counter trying to not to stare at Liam. She looked at Trin. "He used to be my best friend. I think it was more than that though. I think I loved him. Then again I was only 8."She She remebered he was going to the old farm. She had always visited it when she needed a friend it made her feel like a kid again and helped out. She knew she should proably tell him she set some traps around so the wild animals didnt ruin it. Nowing him he would fall in every one. "Hey Liam!"She She called as she walked over there. "I might need to go to the old farm with you. I er set a lot traps to keep it safe."She She laughed kid of akwardly at how stupid she proably sounded.

Liam was shocked at what scarny told him, he gave abig sigh, knowing she was'nt lieing to him, "fine you can show me the way" he said said to her almost defeatedly, She gave him a quick smile and turned to go back to the kitchen "oh before you go how's your dad doing?", he questioned as he held her back by her hand. Though Liam and lucas never got on, Liam and Scarny's dad were fairly mutual with each other.
