Cargen

Tisolos' largest city is situated on the south coast, and thus is home to many foreign merchants and traders. However, Cargen has an almost all-encompassing dark side and is a sanctuary for charlatans, criminals and other shady types. It is often said that the only way to get things done in Cargen is to go through the city's high-ranking organized criminals and gang leaders. Many salesmen are forced to pay protection money, and Winson's men often find it impossible to keep control over the exploits of Cargen's more dangerous residents.
