Setting
Monsilas is seen by many as the cultural hub of Elsur, and is the biggest city in the entire realm. The city is generally warm and is home to many great scientists and philosophers, as well as powerful mages. The open-minded King Aten rules his kingdom from Monsilas, and as a result Monsilas contains Orivos' biggest garrison of soldiers. An academy renowned for having produced many of the realm's great minds also is within the city.
