She was born the dirty child of a pirate and a noble after her mother had an affair. She never really knew her father and her mother died when she was young. But she fell in love with stories of pirates and the high seas at an early age and after her mother's death went to live with a few cousins. Finally able to track down her father and spend a few years with him before fever took him, he left her his pirate ship. The crew swearing the would never follow a female captain she now has to rebuild everything from the ground up.
