Personality

The Colonel is a ruthless fellow, dedicated to his 'patriotic cause' of beginning an all new government, after being 'betrayed' by the last one. He does not trust easily, and wishes to do whatever it takes to succeed.

However, if he must sacrifice someone, it must never be in vain, and an act of 'Freedom and Patriotism,' otherwise he respects and cares for his favorite allies.
