Many people don't actually get to see Kotori in person. Most of the time, they only see her mechanical 'puppet', which is a very realistic human like cat. She stays in her room most of the time, controlling the cat and helping bounty hunters. The reason she doesn't go in public often is because she's afraid she'll get spotted at a psychic and killed on the spot. However, if you do see her in person, you would only see a frail girl with blue hair and eyes. She always wears a kimono and a single ribbon in her hair. She is 4'11" and only 90lbs. She is frail because she works out her mind more than her body. She has very pale skin that radiates in the sun and petite features. If she is out in public, her cat accompanies her as a sort of guard, programmed to protect her at all cost. The cat has developed a bit on it's own, though it remains with her willfully.
History:
Kotori was born in a household of rich people. She had beautiful brown hair and large hazel eyes. She was raised with refinement, given only the best as she was the only child. Her mother was always home and took care of her while her father would be gone for a week and then come back for a month. She was not deprived of any attention, but raised with as much delicacy as a gardener would raise a flower. She was pampered to her hearts desire. At least, until she was five.
A little boy was born, her new brother. Being as she was a girl and he was a boy, he was raised with more pride. Her parent's attention turned to him fully by the time she was six, so she was left alone with her possessions and nanny. Of course, her nanny was a kind woman who did as much as she could for the girl. Kotori received private lessons from the nanny and could speak five different languages by the time she was eight. At that age, she learned of her powers and nack for inventing. She told only her nanny, who swore to keep both a secret and promised to help her control and develop them. By the time she was fourteen, she had mastered the two. Her brother became nine that year, and that was the worst year of her life.
Her brother started getting ideas about bothering his sister. She, of course, bothered back, although when she was caught she usually was grounded for a few days. Her brother never got in trouble, slowly making her angrier and angrier. One day, when she was fifteen, he started punching and kicking her. She fought back, as feeble as she was, and when their parents saw they immediately yelled at her when her brother burst into fake tears. Her inner anger was at it's peak and was released. Her eyes and hair became the blue they are now as the house's object and household began to float. She caught her fault and dropped everything, though it was too late. Her family was scared of her, so she ran out of the house and into the nearby forest.
She kept running until she could no more, her dress in tatters as she realized she was in a whole other area. She walked until she found a city, making the biggest decision of her life. She then began her new life, finding that she liked to help bounty hunters but didn't have the strength to. She then built the bear she uses today, hoping to help them out in her own way, though she has never given out her identity just in case her parents are searching for her.
