Personality

Lili hates people thinking she is easy just because she is a girl so she dresses herself as a boy. She has a sense of justice meaning she takes the law into her own hands. She thinks everyone at convict carnival is guilty and once she kills enough people she decides she will kill herself. If she dies in the process then she thinks she has filled her sentence. She doesn't pray or anything like that she just kills.

Likes: pretending to be a boy, beating people at their own game, putting justice into her own hands, latin, strangling people, and testing others before they even meet in the arena.
Dislikes: People who pretend to be innocent, people who think that killing is a game and a fun one at that, anything quiet, and sweet things.

Has the ability to call water up around her and flood the place they are in.
Special attacks:
(both attacks need less blood in the rain because of the amount of water in the air)
Flood: She draws the water from the air and the ground and pulls it into a flood making the opponent move more slowly, But it also slows her down but not as much because she wears those shoes so that she can move a little faster making her stand on top of the water more but it doesn't work completely . . .
Shield bubble: she again pulls the water from the air and the ground and all around her to make a shield which absorbs most of the opponents attack but not all of it. Also it takes more blood to have the water move to the place and block the shot.

Downfalls:
~Flood makes her move slowly as well
~Shield Bubble takes up an enormous amount of blood and if she is to weak can make her faint or die.
~If it is extremely dry she can't use her abilities
~If it is thunder-storming or there is lightning it is dangerous because her power conducts electricity like a metal pole, No one is sure why.

History

Lili used to be a police woman and worked in the investigations department. When she discovered the identity of a killer she would call the officers and they would dispose of the killer but one day she discovered that 12 of the cops had been bribed by drug dealers with drugs money and other things. She confronted them only to have them try and bribe her and she snapped hunting them all down and killing them. She covered it up using the excuse there was a cop killer out there and everyone bought it. From then on Lili killed all the courupt cops there were and eventually started killing others aswell. When she was finally discovered when one of her victims survived they pointed her out and she was sent to Convict carnival. When she was being interviewed for it she simply smiled and said "They had it coming. What i did wasn't right but it wasn't wrong either."
