| Personality |

Michael is a crucible of titles; the loving big brother, the loyal friend, the stealthy criminal, and the hacker. Most importantly, he is the broken man; a wound of a man, surrounded by the shards of his former self. He hides the pain that festers within him, seeing as he is always the first one to crack a joke and force a smile, but underneath that wad of sarcasm and wit, he's bleeding.

Though many are ignorant to who he truly is, Mike is a family man. During his childhood he learned that people come and go, but blood is forever. Never will he turn his back on someone that he deems his kin; whether they are related to him or not. He is the embodiment of loyalty...when women are not concerned. He stands by what he believes in, not caring if it's legal. His morals lie with people more than the government because as the rich get richer, the poor are getting spat on, therefore he feels no remorse when snatching those Benjamins from their fat wallets.

When it comes to stealing, Michael is Mozart. He has made the business into an art with the use of his silver tongue, quick thinking, and hacking abilities. He has mastered stealth, he can fight with the best of them, and he is capable of thinking on his toes; that alone saving his ass quite a few times.

On the surface, Mike is the humorous techie that is only serious when a job is on the table. He is very immature, usually making pop culture references and making fun of his fellow criminals. It's all in good fun, of course, but there are times when he goes too far. He's like a teenager; always sleeping, always joking, always stuffing his face with junk food, and always whooping major ass on Xbox Live or WOW (World of Warcraft). The man's a complete geek, indulging in comic books and watching syfy networks.

Overall, Michael is a decent man, but he's seen and done too much to be deemed 'good'.

| History |

Michael was born in August 9, 1984 in Topeka, Kansas to Rebecca and Elijah Reese; predominately known as the modern day Bonnie and Clyde. The couple was notorious for their grand heists; always slipping from the polices' fingers at the very last second. They stole to provide for their two children; Michael and Lucas. Whilst his parent were on the road, traveling from state to state to swipe from Big Brother (as his father liked to call the government), Mike was left to care for his younger brother. They lived in motels for most of their lives, surviving off of beef jerky, soda, and leftover pizza. During the weeks that his parents were home, they'd go on outings and learn the tricks of the trade. His father taught him everything he knows and gave him his first gun (a Colt 45) when he was twelve years old. His parents died when he was eighteen; having gotten in a car accident during a high-speed chase.

Mike vowed to care for and nurture his brother. Times were tough and the economy was merciless. Michael didn't want to, but working odd jobs, temping, and watching over Luke wasn't easy. So after a solid month of contemplation, Mike fixed up his father's impala and for the first time, he stole some valuables from suburban neighborhoods and pawned them in order to make ends meet for him and his brother. Soon, the theft became too easy for him and working had lost its appeal. Why work for minimum wage when he could take what he needed? So, he proceeded in stealing without Lucas knowing...that is, until his brother finally questioned the sudden luxuries they were able to purchase.

That's how the Reese brothers started their stealing spree. They only targeted unjust business men and crooked bankers that didn't deserve all of the riches they received. They were a team; brothers that would die for one another. They were each other's weakness; never truly having a place to call home, just an impala that they had grown up with and the nightly rest stop at a motel. They were wanted men with prices on their heads, but they were still a family.

However, that all ended when a heist had gone horribly wrong. If only Michael had seen the security guard, tackled him down before it was too late. It all just happened too quickly. The pop of the gun, the thud of a falling body, and the blood that painted the polished floor of the bank. He can still see Luke's bulged eyes and hear the sound of him choking on his own blood. Mike lost the only family he had left that day. It was also the first time, Mike had ever killed a man. He couldn't stop himself from placing a bullet in his brother's murderer's brain. He had never been the same since. Not a day goes by that he doesn't blame himself for Luke's death. What if he had seen the guard? What if he had told Lucas NO on day one? What if he had never stolen to begin with? What if?

Michael is aware that he'll never know the answers, but he can't help asking. Now, when he's in need of advice or just someone to talk to, he imagines Lucas at his side, keeping him company just like he used to.

You've got suckers' luck
Have you given up?

Does it feel like a trial?
Does it trouble your mind the way you trouble mine?

Stand tall for the beast of America.
Lay down like a naked dead body,
keep it real for the people workin' overtime,
they can't stay living off the governments dime.

Stand tall for the people of America.
Stand tall for the man next door,
we are free in the land of America,
we ain't goin' down like this.
