My life at a word, sis. A roll of the die is all that stands between us and the Aether.
Ever the lovable rogue, Chris does things his own way. He thinks of life as one big game, with no real winners or losers, but a constantly shifting spectrum of who's doing better than the others. He freely admits that he doesn't understand the rules however.
Tends to be seen wearing fine French suits during the day, and at night, he sleeps in a simple blue pajama set.
Dorm: Right next door to Kiyana in case she needs him. A windowless room, every inch of wall is covered in various posters, many of which detail the specific odds in various games of chance. On the door is a dartboard, and he keeps a poker table and a small roulette table in the back corners. On the wall opposite his bed(the side walls, from the perspective of the door), he has a desk containing his computer, scanner, and printer, as well as large numbers of notebooks full of his writings, and various sketchpads. Next to his writing desk, he has a light table, for his more detailed drawings.
Born into an average american middle class family, Ken was never one for life in the suburbs. It didn't take him long to discover gambling, and not much more to realize he was strangely lucky. Everything seemed to go his way. Believing lady luck to truly be with him, he embraced the heritage of his ancestors, and began backpacking around France one summer. That summer he stopped for a game of cards as much as possible, gaining a rather large sum of money, and a taste for the refined. his is when he met his weapon. He was caught sneaking some money from a cutpurses pocket. He and his gang decided to teach him a lesson, and Chris was sure he was a goner. That was when she showed up. Since then, he has grown to love her more than his own life, and would do anything for her. He even calls her sis. Some peple use this day to try and convince him he's not lucky, but he considers it the luckiest day of his life, because it allowed him to meet her.
