Physical Characteristics: JP-037's body has become massive after the operations, as biological augmentations have resulted in several growth spurts since first interment in the Juggernaut program. Current size is at seven feet and three inches and weight of 276 lbs. In spite of body weight subject does not seem to have much in the way of excess fat, rather it seems that JP-037 has somehow condensed his mass, resulting in higher muscle and bone density. It's been noted that his eye's have been subject to spontaneous changes in coloration, switching between blue green and red, though red seems to be the most prominent. Other noted changes are that his teeth have grown noticeably sharper along with a narrowing of his face.

Behavioral Characteristics: Due too numerous biological enhancements and alterations to his physiology, Randle's mind has become wrapped and it is difficult for him to keep control on his internal savagery. Because of this he has been reduced to a constant state of animistic rage with many of his actions are powered more by instinct rather then thought. Because of this he often is sedated and restrained when not on duty, especially when test and examinations are done. Unwittingly though the constant state of being drugged, restrained and even shocked in some case may actually be the biggest factor in his disturbed mental state. Being treated like an animal encourages one to act like an animal; and in the great twist of irony the extreme attempts to keep him under control is exactly what keeps him uncontrollable. Even when not in one of his violent moods, Randle is known to be aggressive and hostile towards others.

However he does become more passive when in the presence of his 'mama'. He likes it when 'mama' is happy. If anyone that makes 'mama' sad then he will HURT them.

Abnormalities: Through various chemical and radiation therapy sessions Randle has gained Biokinesis, the ability to alter his body's shape to a certain degree. He can't exceed his own biomass but he can extend or condense his flesh and bone to make it harder, stronger, more elastic, or even sharper. Because of his control over his bodies structure, Randle can condition it to produce more physical force then an ordinary human. He has shown the ability in the past to bend steel bars with relative ease and also shift muscle and bone to absorb impacts better making his skeleton is almost impervious to blunt impacts this way. This also allows a limited amount of regeneration. It's not instantaneous, however it allows him to shrug off smaller wounds and survive and recover from more serious or crippling ones.

Containment Protocol: When not under testing protocols subject is to remain in a containment cell with the wall constructed of concrete reinforced with steel plates. While in containment cell JP-037 is to be placed under special restraint harness made of titanium bars and weighted down whilst regularly be administered Depressant drug to limit emotional outburst. At all times the subject is never to to take off special electronic containment suit. This suit is fitted with a tracking device and both a remote tranquilizer administrator and a shock system for subduing target in the event of "Heightened agitation".
