Akise is a tall man with a slender build, though not to the muscular side. As a master of the art of assassination, he can be quite adept and is shown to be more flexible than that of a normal person, no matter how lethargic he seems.

Akise is often seen wearing a sweater jersey and track pants and an old white cloth around his neck, which he describes as 'fluffy'. He also wears a pair of brown knee-length boots. This choice of clothes gave him quite a jagged appearance, as most people would comment but he will just shrugged it off and comment that he 'likes it that way'.

The first impression that people might find when meeting Akise is anything but an interesting person, perhaps it was due to the jagged way he dressed. As an individual, Akise is more of a laid-back and carefree, if not lethargic young man. He doesn't care much about what's happening around him if it wasn't necessary and rather retreating back to his own world, where he can sleep and rest. Akise used to viewed the gift of sorcery that he and his brother are carrying as the curse that they have to bear for the rest of eternity, mainly because of the way humans discriminate the wizards. But, ironically as it sounds, when both him and his brother were saved by that same kin who treated his kin badly, his points of view changed and he sees magic as a part of his own life.

Despite the fact that he doesn't look like someone who would care much about the others, he actually always keep an eye out for the ones that are closed to him, especially his younger brother. Whenever someone is feeling lost or down, Akise will go by their sides and cheer them up with a pat on their heads, if he wasn't too lazy to do that, of course. He also shows protective side of his and is willing to stand up to fight for his beloved ones if he had to. Akise is actually quite observant and will not attempt to make any moves if they weren't smart.

However, lies behind the laid-back personality he puts up is a darker personality. Akise wasn't someone who would easily loses his temper, but once someone has got on his nerves, he won't be afraid of anything else in this world and will not hesitate to carry out his wrath. He can rather be unforgiving if anyone dares to lay their fingers on what is important to him. Overall, Akise is usually a nice and considerate guy, but that is until someone foolhardy enough to enrage him, of course.

ＬＩＫＥＳ

Sleeping || What else would you expect from a lazy-ass like him? He would doze off literally anytime, anywhere possible and can falls asleep within just seconds.
Katana || Being a skilled swordsman, Akise holds a high interest in katanas. This is also his weapon of choice and people would always see him wielding his inherited one in combat.
Cherry blossoms || Though not very seem like it, Akise loves to lean against a cherry blossom tree and watches as its petals falling down. He even planted two big trees in his own garden.
Sushi || His favorite food. He often takes his younger brother to a sushi shop nearby whenever they don't feel like cooking for their own.

ＤＩＳＬＩＫＥＳ

Being disturbed || Top rule: never interrupted Akise when he's still drifting in the dream world unless you want a blade on your throat.
Killings || Although being a skilled assassin, the last thing Akise wants is to stained his own hands with the blood of the others. However, in the direst situation, he won't hesitate to set his wrath on anyone who stays on his way.
Places that are too bright || How can someone sleep if there was too much light? He prefers to be in rooms with curtains or under the shade of a tree rather than standing under the scorching sunlight.
Crowd || Too noisy for his own good.
Romantic stuffs || Alas, 'romance' is a word that doesn't exist in Akise's diary, which is why he considered things in that aspect as cheesy and unrealistic.

ＴＡＬＥＮＴＳ

Clairvoyance || This is his unique ability as a born wizard. This explains why his eyes had such striking blue color ever since his power awakened. When using this ability, Akise can gain a direct visual information about an object, person, location or physical event through means other than his physical sight and allows him to act even when he is unable to use their eyes. He is also able to sense spiritual beings that a normal person can't. However, he needs to be absolutely concentrate so that he can use it and it'll take about 2 - 3 minutes of concentration before the ability takes it effects.
Magic Arts || Believe it or not, Akise is a wizard after all, which is why he has strong affinity with magic. Though most of the magic that he uses are mainly enhancements and energy blasts.
Swordsmanship || Having mastered how to wield a sword ever since he was young, Akise is adept of this weapon. Though he can uses many kinds of sword, he still prefer to use a katana.
Assassination Arts || Being a bounty hunter for almost 3 years in the past enabled Akise to hone and master the arts of assassination. However, he will never kill a single living being unless he is serious.

ＦＬＡＷＳ

Lazy || The most correct word that can be use to describe Akise. You can often see him yawning and dozing off almost anywhere or anytime in a day. Don't even bother entrusting him with works because he will never have them done properly.
Secretive || Being a wizard means that you gotta have some sorts of secrets to hide from the others, even from your own kin. Akise knows what to show to other people and what not and he'll never share his own secrets with anyone.
Unforgiving when serious || Once Akise is serious, he can be rather ruthless and will not hesitate to give anyone standing on his way a piece of his mind. Even if they're spared from the fate of being slashed by his blade, don't expect Akise to show any sympathy for them.

ＦＥＡＲＳ

Having his identity revealed || If Akise was found to be a wizard then he will have to run around for his life without having a chance to rest and it can be a pain in the ass.
Loneliness || The feeling of isolation somewhat creeps him, which is why he prefers to hang around with his friends or his brother.
Dark Magic || Although being born in a family infamous for knowledge of this art, Akise considers it as the worst kind that has ever existed. Just the thought of practicing it sends chills through his bones.

"Hopefully, one day, both races will be able to live in peace. That is my ideal."

ＢＩＯ

The Sinclaire family has been one of the oldest wizardry family. They're infamous amongst the witches' and wizards' community for having knowledge of the most ancient and darkest magics that had ever existed. Those magics, of course, were forbidden to practice under every circumstance. And Akise was born into such family. Ever since he was young, he had anticipated it all. How his kin were discriminated, alienated. How the humans feared and tortured their kin. He could still remember clearly how a witch was tied to a big pyre, how the fire was lit up and the sickly scent as her body withered into ashes. His parents had always been protective of both Akise and his younger brother, Akari and his life should have been normal as that, until one faithful day...

It was when Akise was 18. He was asked by his parents to look after their house while they were taking Akari outside for some errands. But just as they were walking on the street, they were soon surprisingly surrounded by angry mobs. The villagers accused them of being witches and wizards and that they will be punished by their 'sins'. It was a chaos. Although both Arden and Miruko had tried their best to protect their son, they were outnumbered and were forced to flee. But their second son wasn't so lucky. Akari, although hasn't developed his gift for sorcery, was being accused of having the magical bloodline in his vein and he soon met his fate as he was burnt at the stake.

Akise could only watched on in horror as his beloved brother were executed in front of the villagers. It is until then that he finally realizes how cruel this life can be to their kin. But the ones who were broken the most were his parents. The loss of their son had made them lost their sanity, to the point that they would do anything just to bring their child back. So, they've decided to perform one of the oldest rituals of their family that are strictly forbidden in the Codex. Akise could clearly remembered how his mother begged him to look after his younger brother and protect him with his life in their place.When midnight falls, they collected the remain of Akari at the place where he was burnt and performed the spell. As the results, Akari was resurrected, but at the cost of their parents' lives.

The ritual attracted too much attention and the villagers were soon alerted. They spread out from nowhere and surrounded Akise along with the resurrected Akari. Having only carried his own katana that was passed to him by his father, Akise tried his best to defend himself and his brother, who slept soundly on his shoulders all the time. This is the point when his magic awakened and he has fought vigilantly for the lives of the two of them. Akise never would have thought that he will have to kill someone one day, but protecting his brother was his top priority then. However, he was soon outnumbered and cornered. In the darkest moment, the most unexpected of things happened. A group of masked people appeared from nowhere and saved both of his brothers by the skin of their teeth.

Akise didn't know what to think by then. It was a group of human bounty hunters. They're humans, and yet, they saved the kin that they despise the most. The two were taken back to a large manor in another town where its owner welcomed them, stated that he's unlike the others and he wanted to create a society where humans and magic-users can live in peace. Akise wasn't so trusting at first, but eventually, he accepted their helps and began his career as a bounty hunter for almost 3 years. Until another day when the manor were intruded and everyone was assassinated in a massacre. It was then that Akise and Akari had to flee again and started a new life staying undercover.

Their lives had been like that for quite sometime, though Akise have always had to hide the fact that his brother was being resurrected from everyone at all cost. That is until now, when the Magistrate are planning on witches and wizards hunting at large. Akise has decided that their undercover lives and his golden sleeping time are being threatened. He had contacted with the group of magicians who were planning to escape the city's walls and the two of them had been accepted to join their forces. For now, Akise could only assume that the days of their peacefulness are coming to an end. Soon enough, he will have to carry on the burden of his blade to protect his brother and the ones who are important to him.
