(Note:Jimmy, Rachel, Sandra, and Max are important NPC positions on the ship that i felt should have names and descriptions. I feel it adds more depth than me just saying "You, guard the prisoners." when I can say "Jimmy guard the prisoners.")

She has a fancy for Reap, though the caption does not share the same feelings for her. Her loyalty is solid, proven when she was taken prisoner by a British ship and half starved in an attempt to get information on Reap's whereabouts. Needless to say Reap came to the rescue after a week of tracking her down.

Sandra is the youngest member of the crew, but one of the best. She is terrific with a blade and skilled in the art of interrogation. She has been with the Nightshadow for a year and often serves as the bodyguard to Reap in...'diplomatic relations' (Parley) and bargaining transactions.(Jobs someone hires Reap to do.) Many are fooled by her age, but they are soon corrected when she slits their throats. You want to stay on her good side.
Veteran crewman(Max):
Max is the newest member of the Nightshadow. He has only been around for two months. Which is considerably longer than most other generic crewman last. He has not yet earned trust, nor does he deserve it. He is the spitting image of your average pirate, he kills anyone he pleases, takes women whenever he wants and steals from anyone he wants. Reap has a hard time controlling Max, and knows that the pirate would gladly stab him in the back. Jimmy often quotes that having Max on board is playing with fire. Not a good practice on a wooden ship.

Personality
Reap, or The Reaper is brave, daring, and a cutthroat. He is often silent, preferring to let his actions speak louder than his words. He tends to appear emotionless and calm, almost uncaring some would say. Others would say that it was the calm before the storm. Over time the pirate has become extremely well known. Either as a merciless tyrant, or a saint in disguise, depending on what class of people you are speaking too. He carry's a twisted sense of honor, being unable to kill an unarmed man, and will never raise his blade to a woman (Unless the woman attacks first.) or child. He refuses to pillage the poor, seeing it as an act for only the blackest and most desperate hearted of people. His respect is hard earned, gaining it is an almost impossible task to accomplish, though a useful thing to have if accomplished.

'The Nightshadow'- 
The Nightshadow is a versatile fast ship, designed to outrun nearly any other ship its size and bigger. However if it comes down to a fight it is certainly no pushover. It houses twenty two cannons, ten on each side and two at the stern aiming behind the ship. These two are loaded with chain shot in order to break the mast of any ship in pursuit of the Nightshadow, increasing the chances of escape. It also has two medium sized ballistas custom built on the deck of the ship at the bow aiming straight ahead. The ballistas have huge grappling hooks loaded with ropes attached to the hooks. Allowing it to be launched at a ship ahead of the Nightshadow to grapple a running ship. These are used mostly for ambushing cargo haulers, and trading ships and preventing there escape. Its sails are pitch black. It sports two flags at the top of the mast, the first identifying the ship for what it is. The second is placed slightly under it, and is larger, this one sports the insignia that symbolizes Reap and The Nightshadow. The insignia can also be found on the handle of Reap's Rapier.

History
Reap was born the son of Sir Rumos Ridural, Knight and Head to Arms however he hated his father, who seemed to not care for Reap at all during his childhood and so at the age of seven he ran away from home, it wasent a big deal for him as he was kept mainly out of the public eye and had few friends. *Sir Rumos Ridural, after finding his son gone after 7 years of raising him, was angered. Distraught, yes, but ANGERED. He could not believe his son would betray him, after he had dedicated seven long years to raising the child in the best upbringing he could. Rumos's ideas of a steady upbringing unfortunately had included strict punishment and manly attitude, rules, respect, none of which fell in with Reap's idea of life.* After he ran away it became quickly apparent that his fathers men would soon find him and take him back, and that the streets could not hide him for long, so he made the worst...or best mistake of his life when he stowed away on 'The Falling Scythe.' A notaries pirate ship that had seen the world twice over. It was captioned by one of the most feared pirates at that time: Jack Wraith. When he was discovered, Wraith spared his life and made him a bilge rat on the ship. This would be the first day of a new life for Reap, the day he left Thalon. He then for years and years would remain on the ship. Learning how to fire, clean and load cannons, use a cutlass, fight with his fists, raise a mast, stitch up holes, and a ton of other things he still values today. By the time nine long and hard years had passed Reap had become a trusted henchmen for Wraith. Who appointed him to firstmate, where he learned how to navigate, charter maps, steer a ship, and use the wind to his advantage. After another two years the Spanish royal fleet ambushed the Falling Scythe. Cannon fire showered the ship, reducing it to almost nothing, in the attack Wraith was killed, along with most of the crew. The survivors were taken prisoner, Reap now Eighteen was chained and tortured in the dungeons for two months before his fate was decided. Even now he blocks what happened in those two months out of his memory. His fate, it was decided was to be publicly executed. As a warning to the world. So, he was lead outside for the first time in two months, at the time he was chained, and had to be supported by a guard up to the chopping block. It was here his captors made a fatal mistake, for while the guard supported Reap, he slipped a dagger from the guards belt, and used it to kill the guard. As they both fell to the ground Reap used the guard’s keys to unlock his shackles, and jumped into the crowd. It only took seconds for him to disappear in the panicking frenzy that ensued. After escaping his near death experience he stole a ship and took to the sea. The only place he knew. Over the course of three years he came to be a caption himself. He sailed his ship, 'The Nightshadow' with a faithful crew. Eventually making his way home to Thalon, he wasent sure why he returned to Thalon but something told him that's where he needed to be. When he returned, he had no fear of encountering the life he had left behind. Only his first mate knew his real name, everyone else knows him only by Reaper. After so long away he was so much changed that he had no fear of anyone recognizing him. Only his father would have a chance of seeing Reap for who he was, but Reap doesn't have plans to meet him again. Reap began using beggars, gypsies, and thieves as his eyes and ears. Paying them well for information on any trading convoys, or wealthy ships, even what towns were the most well stocked at any given time amongst other things. Beggars were everywhere, and since they were seen as irrelevant they often over heard vital information. Gypsies were a wealth of help as well, being perfect for hiding out among. Thus Reap began visiting them frequently, always bringing donations and business. In return for occasional services the gypsies would take him and his crew in gladly. Hiding them often from royal forces and local militia. Reap even carry's a gypsy flag on his ship, which he raises when he is in need of a quick escape. Now, at the age of twenty-one he has become known as 'The Reaper.' His fame and infamy spreads wide across the land. He is feared by most, and loved by some. He is wanted and hunted endlessly, by bounty hunters, militia, and even other pirates because of the bounty on his head. One things for sure, if your cross his path make yourself as small and unimportant as possible.
