Brief history: Jessie is a young and promising graduate from the police academy. She worked hard though all her studies and was offered a job at Tri-sec after her graduation. She has been with them for almost 3 years now and hasn’t had a lot of practical experience. Her main use in the group is a sniper and she is very good at what she does. When she was in school she wanted nothing more than to follow in her father’s foots steps as a detective until her mother got sick and she needed the money to pay off her hospital bills and school loans. Growing up she idolized her father and was the center of her parents’ world being an only child. They weren’t a very wealthy family but had enough to get by. When she was 14 her father was killed in action on the force in a robbery gone wrong. Jessie worked hard from then on to insure that she and her mother could get by. After she got accepted to the academy she was two years into the academy her mother got hospitalized with stage four skin cancer. It was treatable and even now five years later she is recovering in the hospital unable to leave the hospital due to a weakened immune system. She took the job with Tri-Sec in order to pay back her collage and academy loans and hospitals bills.
Physical description: Jessie is short standing only about 5 feet tall with long burnt brown hair that she keeps tied up in a high pony tail. Her eyes are a deep shade of green with tints of blue around the edges. A small framed individual looks completely non-threatening when engaged by an opponent. She tends to dress in baggie sweatshirts that swim on her and well fitted jeans. Under the sweatshirt is a solid color tank top or t-shirt.

1. Eye enhancements- She has the availability to see things at a great distance now and tell the distance and wind speed, also has the info link.
2. Leg enhancements- She can jump from extreme heights and it doesn’t hurt her.
