Ex Mode Power of Hellfire: Takes on the form of the Emperor of Hell and gains the ability "Blood Magic" Every hit saps the target of some health to heal Mateus
Ex Burst Absolute Dominion: Emperor mateus bombards his opponent with mines and his staff is engulfed in fire and spins around him slowly going down, if interuppted he will only execute Cyclone which will blow his opponent away. If he succedes he will use Entice, attacking his opponent with beams of energy before the energy gathers around the target before exploding.
History
A Man who unleashed demons into the world just so he could take it over, yet he was not satisfied with only the earth. So he planned his own death so he could tke over Heaven and Hell. He dethrones the ruler of hell and becomes the new ruler.

The Emperor jumps back "Im so sorry Firion, but im afraid i do not have the time to fight, but dont worry i wont leave you without a parting gift." He taps his staff on the ground and a number of dark shadows appear before crystals gather creating Manikins. "Farewell

More Manikins take the place of those that fall, one takes on the shape of the emperor and begins to charge Starfall.
The Manikin jumps to the side of the spells but the blast knocks it down. The Meteor begins to fall towards Vincent as the Mankin stands back up.
