Personality:
As a Saiyan, Raze has the need to fight every now and then, and does not back down from a challenge. However, he's calm and will think things through beforehand, not rushing into anything without knowing what he's doing. Normally, he doesn't appear too aggressive, but threatening or even mocking his wife or child will result in the immediate kicking of your ass. He loves his wife, who is pregnant at the moment to death and will do anything to make her happy and safe.
Notable achievements:
Razeluxe is known for creating electromastery: Converting your Ki into electricity, basically. It has many uses, but it is mainly used for combat. This has also been used to make for cheaper energy costs and people who learn this can even use it in emergency situations on a ship if the power source went out. Raze is a wealthy person, needless to say.
However, this really doesn't matter much to other Saiyans who, as should be expected, prefer fighting prowress over some fancy new way to power up things. Luckily, he doesn't disappoint there either. He's a good fighter by himself and unlike a lot of Saiyans, he uses his head to fight just as much as his body, which is why he's able to take out stronger planets by himself. Notably, there was one called Kershek. This planet was inhabited by beings that physically didn't have much going for them, but they had weapons that did some serious damage. One of the more stronger saiyans had been assigned to take care of the planet and was promptly torn to shreds. It was decided that they would send in a bigger group to Raze (forgive the pun) the planet, but Razeluxe offered to try instead. He was laughed at, made fun of and given permission, all on the assumption he would die. They were surprised when he didn't. He, after listening to thier defences, decided to think before he struck, and each region of the planet had power supplies destroyed before his presence was made known in that area. With no heavy weapons to kill him, Razeluxe didn't have much problem taking them down. The Saiyan that fell before him was well known and had a power level promptly two and a half times greater than Razeluxe's at that given time, which is why he was given more difficult tasks.
Dream/Ambition: Raze's wife is pregnant and will not ever be involved in the domination of planets or anything else 'productive'. Upon hearing that one of the competitors was planning on passing a law that forced everyone to be a productive member of the Saiyan society or be killed, he decided to become king in order to prevent this.
Injury during battle with Frieza:
Razeluxe had multiple blasts to his torso, the worst of which being a blast of Ki that pierced his chest, but missed his heart. Even still, he would've died had it not been just before they ended Frieza, and he managed to survive after being placed in emergency care for about a month, considering the surgery he required due to the ones that hit his midsection. He's healed for the most part, the exception being a rather big scar on his chest and smaller ones on his stomach and a stray one on his right leg. The scars appear to be burns except for the one on his leg, which somehow took up a division sign appearance. He's still wondering how that happened.
Unique Moves:
Electro-Strike- The move is enhancing his strikes with the electric Ki he has. This is mainly used as a set combo where he unleashes a flurry of devasting punches to the midsection of his oppenent before physically gripping their head and shocking them before tossing them down. If it doesn't kill, it sure as hell hurts like a bitch. It should be noted that the move itself is just electriying his hands and the combo is just a preference.
Shock-Step- A limited teleportation ability, with a twist. While he can only teleport to the range of about fifteen feet, he is able to do so without a cooldown, which can be used to cross distances quickly, or more notably, perform blinding combos. It's really effective against someone who's on the guard, as he can get behind them with great ease, and anything he teleports through is shocked by the trail of electricity he leave behind.
Static Blade- This move can easily be explained as a blade made from electricity. It has the length of a broadsword and can shock people. If he's destroyed something nearby that is made of a magnetic metal, he can attract that to his blade and increase the damage done by a small amount.
Bolt-Beam-Blast- By gathering electrified Ki into an area in which he concentrates, he launch a big beam towards his enermy. With a longer charge, this can become massive and will fit the description of a final kamehameha. Easily just an lightning-based kamehameha that actually shocks.
Battle Preference:
If it wasn't obvious before.... Razeluxe prefers to use lightning-based attacks, although this doesn't mean he cannot make use of normal ki abilities and his martial arts prowress is.... well, he doesn't have to worry about someone who doesn't know what they're doing to beat him. For hand-to-hand fighting, he prefers kicks over punches.
