She has a bad temper and can get annoyed quickly. She is protective over the younger children, intervening if any of the tests become unacceptable. She is very caring to the other children however often gets into fights and arguments with the staff and scientists especially. She has tried to escape on numerous occasions which is why she has had a tracker put in her arm, a bit like a microchip which allows them to always know where she is.
Relationship with her Scientist:
Celia always refuses treatment as she thinks what they are doing is wrong, especially as she is almost in control of her powers in her older age however she won't tell the scientists this and always retaliates when they test on her. They often have to sedate her to do any tests and do so when she's not expecting it.
