Silence! I'm the leader of everything.
She's self-obsessed, selfish, and always seems like she's angry about one thing or the other. She is pro at convincing people, at lying or acting -- she does it right on the spot and seems completely natural, she has a high-pitched voice that sends chills down everyone's spine, fast reading speed, and can actually learn lots of things pretty quickly. She also has this other side to her where she's actually very creepy, nerdy, and stalker-ish. Win is a strange habit of following people around when she's bored. She claims to like animals much more than humans because they're generally more loyal.
A diary, communicator, and handguns.
Win is originally French and her family actually moved to Garou when her mother was pregnant with her because of her father's job. Win was.. a special child, like her parents always explained to other people. She questioned everyone and everything; was sarcastic and skeptical by the age of four; and yes, there was that obsession about wanting to take over the world. No one could explain it why, just she was always so fascinated by the world that she wanted all of it to be hers.
She would read books on her favorite leaders all the time in middle school and had -- and still has -- a habit of quoting them and giving their examples in the most randomest situations. She developed a perfect persona to put on infront of everyone, one that could lead the entire world to awesomeness. She did good in studies, developed all sorts of talents, and took care of herself. Earning credibility from everyone in all aspects. She gained a lot of knowledge and education throughout all her school life, and made a lot of connections and friends while going abroad from time to time until she rose to the level of where she is now.
Of course, there was him. She would always kind of get all weird with him around -- She gets really mad at him, but still misses him when he's not there. Win is actually quite frustrated about the entire situation because she can't be romantically involved with anyone at the moment, if not ever. It would hinder her in her goals. Romance was known to do that, that sort of thing.
