Nyloc has always been an oddball but makes an effort to fit in even to the point of faking it. Consequentially, he has become the perfect child in his parents eyes; top-notch grades, very obedient, and respectful. Yet it was only until 16 years of age that he discovered himself and emerged from his old shell and he developed a strong sense of justice and desire to protect those in harm. Nyloc is timid and shy whe approached but distant and cold otherwise. On the off-chance that you become his friend, he'll seem kind of silly and really friendly while constantly worrying that you won't be his friend anymore. Nevertheless, he always keeps an emotional kill-switch for reverting back to his emotionless character. Quick to judge, he can be a good leader but prefers not to.
Once fused with Togekiss, he became depressed but suddenly became very good at soothing others and maintaining a very calm expression.
Historical background:
About the time of adolescence, the rebellious side exposed itself in Nyloc's life and he snooped around in his parents things. Upon discovering their true identities, they reveal that they were also working for D.E.A.D. and forced him to be fused with his Togekiss. Unaware of his Togekiss's true power and the friendship that enabled Nyloc to adapt incredibly well to his new body, the former Rockets found themselves without a son as he escaped.

The city he found himself in was in fact one of the most populated city Xer occupies. The city runs just like normal except the people/pokemon use their newfound abilities as services and their is also a competitive sport colosseum in the center of the city where they battle. Equipment and Abilities:
For the popularity and the resulting money to make a living, Ny wears a white hooded cape that looks like Togekiss's wings when blown out. In addition, he wears sharp sunglasses to hide his identity and to look cool. XD
His pokemon moveset:
airslash
psychic
aurasphere
roost
Although all his moves are special attack, Nyloc is more agressive than his togekiss and tends to use the moves in close combat anyway
His airslash is his main ability
His ability to use aurasphere also grants him to read auras much lilke a Lucario but much weaker
He uses Psychic to levitate himself and block projectiles among the normal uses
He uses roost strategically when he is about to be hit by ice, lightning or rock type moves.
In addition because of his experience in pokemon battles, he climbed the ranks fast and became a huge competitor in the colloseum. But when one day he gets drafted for an excursion, he realizes the true horror of Xer's intentions and the corrupted nature of the society; people who have to compassion towards pokemon.
