Mayland tends to be very caring. She helps everyone and anyone who needs help the best way she can when she is able to. She can't stand seeing one being helpless, it just makes her feel bad for them. Though don't get her wrong, she can be a bit stubborn as well. Whenever there is something she wants, likes, etc. she is a bit stubborn with it. It takes an awful lot for her to change her mind on things and it can be a real challenge to get her to change her mind.
Many people have told her that she shouldn't be so fearless and risk-taking because a lot of the time it could lead her into getting into a lot of trouble. But she just can't help it. There isn't really much of anything that she is afraid of. So if she has to do something or chooses to do something that other people wouldn't do she would honestly have no problem with it.
She tends to seem like she needs to have everything she wants because she was always spoiled while growing up. Part of her wanted this to change and has been working on it to change, but it has yet to succeed.

History
Mayland was born to Phoebe and Mark. She was part of a middle class family and was always spoiled when her parents had the money to do so. While growing up, she seemed to get along with her parents very well, so I guess you could say it's the perfect little family. Everyone got along as best they could and was always happy with each other. Though of course she did go through her normal teenage years and her parents did have their small arguments but no matter what the family stayed together.
Mayland was always picked on in school, leading all the way up to her high school years. She was one of the smartest kids in her class and graduated with the chance to be a valedictorian. She received a full ride to any college she wanted to go to but she chose NYU because she wanted to stay in New York where she lived her entire life. She is studying to become a nurse, this is now her final year in college and she hopes that she will be able to get her dream job.
