Cecil Baldwin is sort of a celebrity in this town with his radio show. He had been born in this town to a couple that was supposedly involved in an infamous cult. Luckily, the cult's influence has appeared to not have reached beloved Cecil. Cecil had always been a good public speaker, shown through the times in his childhood where he was on a school news show. His voice always had a captivating and mesmerizing quality to it, almost as if he had you under some sort of spell, but its probably just talent. He began his radio show through finding a headset and getting a job at a local radio station. The radio station managed to get him his own channel to broadcast through. Eventually, word of someone named "Cecil" speaking through a previously unused channel spread and Cecil became and still is a hit. Most information for his show comes from organizations, the government, and contacts he has stationed throughout the city.
He usually begins his show with a strange statement like this, "Close your eyes. Let my words wash over you. You are safe now." This statement is then followed by his 'catch phrase', "Welcome to Fairway". After this short introduction, he goes on to four stories of interest and then a word from one of his sponsors.
