Physical Description:Short, golden blonde hair, and emerald green eyes not often seen in the Wastelands anymore. He has a scar over his right eye, but it is barely noticeable. He is quite handsome, and has pleasing features. He is tall, and is a moderately muscled man.
Personality:Brock is quiet and reserved, and he often does not talk to people and try's to avoid groups of people. He can often be seen reading a pre-war book, which is uncommon in the Wasteland. He is also a friendly character, and tends to show kindness towards people who he works with, but in the end, Brock knows what he is: a cold heart killer trying to atone for his ways by showing kindness to people and helping people. He is generally the Lone Wanderer of the group, but also highly reliable, always getting the job done, completely loyal, and can keep an employers secret.
History:Brock was originally born to a Tribe called the "Badgers" that all had a strong British accent, peculiarly, and were obsessed with war. He was trained as a young boy to dominate the other tribes around him, and to use traditional weapons like spears. His tribe soon became the dominant one in his area, until a new Tribe appeared: Caesar's Legion, led by Joshua Graham, and Caesar himself. They taught the other tribes how to use advanced weaponry, and then absorbed them into the Legion before declaring war on the Badgers, and battling the Warrior tribe in Total War. They lost. Brock was sent to Flagstaff as a slave, before eventually being absorbed into the Legion proper as a Frumentarii. He did very well for himself, stopping many assassination attempts on Legion officers and once, Caesar himself. Eventually, him and a man named Ulysses were given an assignment to find the Mojave, where they found the NCR and Hoover Dam. However, Brock, seeing a Democratic society for the first time, escaped from the Legion, and joined as a guard for the Tops in the Strip, before he was hired as a Bounty Hunter around the Mojave. He did this for a couple of years, before he heard that the Lucky 38 was rehiring, due to being open soon, so Brock went and became a guard there, enjoying the peace from the violence he had experienced his whole life. But Brock still did not feel free. He needed a new start, somewhere new. So, when he heard about the trip to Neo York, he gathered up all his old equipment, said goodbye to his friends in the Strip, and went to join the great trip with Ringo to Neo York....
Equipment:He has a plasma rifle, dual revolvers, a scoped pistol, and a hunting rifle. He also carried several bottles of Whiskey, and some jet and Stimpacks. He wears a trench-coat with the sleeves rolled up, a cowboy hat, with aviator shades and a mouth scarf that he wears during the day. He wears leather armor, though he still has his Frumentarii armor, though he never wears it....
